It’s basically A single page for photographers to add their images and allow users to view them. It does still need a lot of work… especially the navigation as it does nothing right now.

I’d love to hear you feedback on what you think!

I think it is a good start, like your layout. As for the background images i would use the bg stretch jQuery plug in or have a custom code that resizes them according to the screen size.

Thank you for the feedback! Much appreciated, I assumed that it does stretch using css width 100% and height 100%

But I can just insert it into the resize function to change all to new screen width and height

I think it’s better with js to resize than css but it’s up to you. Anyhow i like your concept and layout. Let me know when you finish it. I would like to see it.

In it’s current form I don’t think you have much chance of approval. Photography themes are hard to get approved. I submitted http://www.webbymatt.co.uk/themes/impact/ several times (it’s a WP site) and after making some big improvements, I asked the reviewer candidly if he thinks it will ever get approved – the answer, though diplomatic, was no.

this doesn’t mean your theme has no chance, but from experience I think it needs a stronger element of uniqueness.
