Just interested if people would be willing to pay for a broswer. Currently, pretty much the only way browsers make money is through search royalties. Cost would be less thank $5 USD.

Nope, and you are wrong about them only making money on search royalties. Chrome for example is a huge data collector for Google, and there are many ways to monetize off data.

Nope, and you are wrong about them only making money on search royalties. Chrome for example is a huge data collector for Google, and there are many ways to monetize off data.

Currently, pretty much the only way browsers make money is through search royalties.

The only way I would purchase a browser is if it had features that others were lacking, or if it was more advanced in security. Like if it was nearly impossible to get infected with a virus while browsing pages.
