I just had a track accpted and live @ 1:30 lastnight, as of 9am this morning, I am at #40 icon on the front page ready to dissapear into the over 100,000 tracks. Wish I could be more visible during working hours, however, love the fact there are so many new quality tracks being uploaded.. This place ROCKS.
Don’t forget its a world wide market and working hours differ from one continent to the other. And even with this, believe me, plenty of people working around the clock anyways. Weekends…yes, might be a bit quiet. Congratz for your tracks and keep up the good work!

Homepage exposure is not a big deal, trust me. Good descriptions, tags, etc.. are much more useful – as well as quality music of course.
Most of the people checking out your files while they are on the homepage are actually other authors. This is proven by the fact that most comments on files are by other authors checking out work and leaving compliments. This usually happens in the first day or two and then comments disappear after that unless a file gets featured or turns up in popular files.
My last approval was on the front page for about 6 hours. I believe it is true that it is not the home page exposure that counts. Its your keywords and how you promote it from outside sources that count…..All a work in progress…. Congrats SoundBevy. Your tracks are sounding good!
i uploaded 2 tracks.. each track took 12 days to get approved
The homepage is not that big of a deal exposure wise. Most of the audio previews you get when your item is fresh and on there is from other Audio Jungle authors checking out the new music. Just make good music, and describe it right and you will get the sales. Good luck!
Most of my sales coming from earlier uploaded track. So i am not so dependant on front page. As previosly mention, we need better description of track and better tags.
Thanks so much for the input all. I do agree there is more to promoting your tracks, my day job is an Art Director and have been on the marketing end forever… it’s just finding the time to keep the tracks coming and promote promote promote. I just found it amazing how fast things move off the front page, with that said, I did get a sale last Friday from a track I uploaded 20 days ago.
Keep up the awesome creativity guys!
