Wp E-commerce

Hi everyone! I want to create theme wp E-commerce and upload it for selling at themeforest. Can i create theme only with standart capabilities without additional plugins and custom functions (only wp + wp E-commerce)? This template will be popular among buyers or it is necessary to create custom functions for additional functionality?
