are there any WP sites that cover some of the basic WP processes like ‘displaying a post on a page’, rather than page content, for example? there are many such processes used over and over but not documented as far as I can tell.

wordpress.org is fairly hard to use and scan if you want to do something like that above and beyond using the basic WP tags.

this came up when I was trying to convert the HTML file to WP that Jeffrey Way was working on a Net Tuts article dated Dec. 7th, 2010. eventually he will converting this file to WP but I thought I would jump the gun and try to do it myself.

I’m confused. What so hard about the wordpress.org and the API ? OK maybe I’m just hardcore LOL .
