Hello,

I have just been contacted by a costumer telling me that he can not set a feature image, so I have asked for the user/pass. I was surprised to see that the images that you upload don’t show within the media library, I ‘ve never seen this, I wonder if you guys have seen something similar, my guess is it has something to do with the hosting.

You can see a print-screen Here

thank you!

No I did not, I don’t have access, however it seems that the upload took place without errors. I took a closer look now and it seems to me a problem of permissions (Forbidden)- Here. I think a chmod 0755 will do it, otherwise :( – don’t know.

I had an similar issue once, it was i think 6 months ago.

The server did not had any Image Processing library (GD or Imagemagick), so take a look if GD is installed.
