Hi everybody; I need to know if wpml can translate content in tabs, accordions, etc…in any wp theme that uses shorcodes like those (all modern themes :))

Yes you can translate the content in tabs accordion, it depends upon how you add the content and the content is stored.
If your theme stores the content in options table then in this you will have to create a language configuration file.
There are different methods to translate the contents.
