xml menu/gallery with some items that are not click-able....

There are files/components that are very close to this functionality, but this project has one (apparently) unique need: some items are not click-able/active in the list.

I have a scrollbar I’d like to use for the item scrolling. Should be fairly simple? Not sure if this would be a big seller here, but no doubt someone else here could use it. I’ll pay you to develop it.
