well I don’t know what they mean exactly by design but it seems that everything runs together, not a whole lot of separation going on. I only took a quick look but you have tons of divs going on and make sure everything is wrapped in a tag for instance:

I would agree, you need to keep working on the design. I would say element separation and page flow needs a lot of work. It’s very empty in terms of structure and your spacing needs some work.
For the most part it’s just text and a few images so it’s very empty in that respect. Sometimes you can get away with empty if it’s done right but it needs to be very obvious. Empty layouts seem to work best on pure black or white with highlights/gradients here and there.
As for page flow, it’s hard to tell what you’re supposed to look at first. So you’ll need to work on which elements need the most attention and where they are placed on the page so you can achieve “z” eye flow.
Anyway, hope this helps.
I would say that the way ‘Web Designing’ and ‘Print Designing’ is written needs to be changed. That way it will look more professional.
