Hi, When I upload a project on videohive it says,

“Please review the following issues that occurred

Main File(s) is required

Main File(s) The supplied file ‘Christmas Special with Bonus Pack.zip’ appears to be corrupted or not a zip file.”

Can you tell me why this happen?

Thanks

The following archive utilities have been found to generate non-standard zip files that our server is often unable to decompress:
7zip
lzarc
WinZip (Latest version)
Please use another archive utility to reduce the chance of problems with your uploads.

Are you sure you are following these rules?

It does happen from time to time to get a corrupt file. Just double check your file after you zip it.
