Hey guys,

What do you use to make zip archives? I’ve been having problems with winZip lately.

Thanks :)

Any of the above. Just remember not to use any of these.

The following archive utilities have been found to generate non-standard zip files that our server is often unable to decompress: 7zip lzarc WinZip (Latest version) Please use another archive utility to reduce the chance of problems with your uploads.

They might corrupt your archive ( Found in upload instructions )

why do people use software when it’s integrated in the OS :P

winrar is great for complex tasks ( like archiving in several volumes ) but for simple tasks like a 100Mb zip dunno why you need it…
