I’ve sent two emails and posted four times the same question over the last three weeks, as well as sending an official ticket request form, is the company non existent anymore? Never got any answer from ANYTHING! Id nova works still an active company or should I buy another theme from another developper?

I tried contacting via the support but no response to fixes in 7 days?

1.) The top search box is not working on mobile phones. I checked this on an iPhone and Android Phone and when you click search icon it opens but doesn’t allow you to enter words.

2.) The ‘My Account’ with logout and secondary navigation isn’t showing on the site even though I’ve selected it.

3.) SKU/Product Code is not showing up on the site even though when I upload photo I enter this. When you search a product it doesn’t give any results.

4.) 4.) For short product description I’m using bullet points but again they are not showing up on the site.

You have the ftp access details and login for the admin. When will these issues be fixed. 7 days and nothing has been fixed, come on!

1. I can see in Samsung galaxy s4 it is working but it has cart problems in iphone, I tried in iphone 4s, when I click on cart in the header right it doesn’t do anything. I tested this on your demo and it is not working at all.

2. I went to cart page using direct url: when I click on delete (bin) icon it opens accordion and when I click delete icon again it closes accordion. I doesn’t delete the product from cart.

3. When I click on checkout then in ‘Checkout Method’ section; you can’t see the text box of email and password of ‘Returning Customers’ as the first 2 characters are hidden.

Can you please respond to this. Last time you didn’t help me either, I hired expensive developer to sort out your bugs.

I DON’T RECOMMEND; YOUR THEME AS IT HAS A LOT OF BUGS AND YOU DON’T RESPOND TO BUGS REPORTS EITHER.

THEMEFOREST NEEDS TO CONTACT WITH YOU AS I CAN SEE YOUR ABOVE COMMENTS FOR ALMOST EVERY BUG IS NOT HELPFUL.
