Hi Tom,

I want to know how to change the delay between posts in the testimonial carousel. Thank you for your answer and good day !

Hey there,

You can edit the testimonials in /styles/js/script.js for this.

If you have any other questions, please log in with the account that bought the theme, or contact us with your purchase key at my ticket site, details in the theme documentation.

Cheers

Hey,

Ok sorry and thank you. Cheers

No problem at all :)

Hey Everyone,

Update v2.0.1 is now the in the queue, the main feature of this is something you’ve all been asking for, proper category conforming with the lightbox when viewing your portfolio index.

In short, when you click a portfolio category with the animated filters, the lightbox will conform to your choice, so if you’ve filtered down to only 3 items, only those 3 items will be part of the lightbox gallery.

Cheers! – Tom

Hi tommus,

I would like to have a revolution slider with a fixed width and downward responsive. So the images should be 800 pix max on bigger screens and then be downward responsive.

What settings do I use? i’ve tried everything but can’t figure it out.

Thanks,

Maarten

Hey there,

Hmm, try add this to “appearance” => “customise” -> “custom css”

.rev_slider_wrapper { max-width: 800px !important; }

Cheers

Hi Tom! Look my new site with your template! www.officinevisualarch.com
Now i would like to translate it, I read that you only support WPML for multi-language, so WPML works with Ebor Template? Is it the only one solution or any free plugin? Thank you very much, Erica

tommusrhodus

Other free plugins may be worth a try, but we can only offer support for WPML. The ebor builder is compatible with the duplicate option of WPML.

Cheers!

This theme is AMAZING. Thank you so much. I not only purchased it because It is perfect for me, but I also loved how well rated you are and how great you answer questions.

I have tried to do some searching, but I have a few questions.
  1. I am using Agency Style and would like it to use the Classic Grid instead of Full Screen Grid
  2. How do I hide the shopping cart on my menu bar? (Until I am ready to use it)
  3. Is there an About Page without the parallax effect? Or should I just disable everything I don’t want on there?

Thank you so much. Sorry if you have answered these before, I really appreciated all of the help.

Oh actually ignore #1 – I just figured it out.

Hey there :)

Well that’s great to hear, and very kind works, thanks so much :)

1. You’ve done this, awesome.

2. Add this to “appearance” => “customise” -> “custom css”

li.ebor-cart { display: none !important; }

3. The about pages just represent a layout in “appearance” -> “ebor template builder”, in reality the about pages can look however you want, so feel free to go into the template builder and modify to whatever you need :)

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing your theme.

I am looking to add roughly 100+ images to the portfolio classic grid. I then hope to build on this number going forward. So is it possible to store this many images on the grid on this site?

Also is it possible to direct people to a shopping cart when they click on one of these images and also spilt the images into different categories to make more user friendly?

Finally how customisable is the site, would it be possible to add a grid to the homepage instead of slider etc?

Thanks

tommusrhodus

Hey there,

Sorry, the portfolio grid would not be best suited for this.

Hi!

I’m considering this theme, but I would like to be able to show more info on Mouse over in portfolio. I would like to show the categories as well not only the title, is that possible?

Kindly

Thanks for a quick reply, I´ll buy the theme, is it hard to fix? I have had some bad luck with another theme.

tommusrhodus

Hey there,

As a customisation, it’s very simple, but custom code work is required, 30mins if you know what you’re doing :)

Thanks, I´ll buy it and hopefully I will get good instructions on how to this :) Your theme is beautiful btw!

Hi Tom,

You do not stop working :-)

Are you considering this feature you add to your another theme also to Loom?

NEW! Lightbox can now contain all images loaded into the posts gallery also, enable via a theme option.

Thanks

tommusrhodus

Hey there,

Yeah, this will be coming to Loom also, just working out a few kinks in Zonya from buyer feedback and then we’ll move the same function over here :)

Cheers!

Found an issue that bothers me deeply. There seems to be a code issue with this template. When adding a url from a blog post from within the site into Linkedin, the feature image does not show.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks!

Thank you for your solution; however, it did not work. Going to try to solve this as well. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you so much. You customer service is excellent.

tommusrhodus

Hey there :)

Been having a look around this for you, whilst some articles say that correct open graph tags are the way to go (Yoast SEO Plugin) there’s a lot more articles saying that the way LinkedIn works with this seems to be very broken and unpredictable.

Hmm, well you’ll certainly be putting yourself in the best position possible with that SEO plugin for starters :)

Cheers – Tom

tommusrhodus

It seems that Jetpack WordPress plugin also adds open graph tags :)

Hi,

When I try to make my front page any of the Home- Business, Agency, etc., all i get is something like “[template id=”117” Business Style]” showing up on the page. I thought that I may have to upload the sample demo data in order to fix the problem but that has not worked. Any suggestions?

tommusrhodus

Hey there,

Do you have the page builder installed? If you do it should be available at “appearance” => “ebor template builder”, if you don’t you should install it now from “appearance” -=> “install plugins”

If you do have the page builder installed then you may just have a mismatching id, delete the short code from the page content, then click the “add template” button and choose your template.

Once re-inserted, update the page.

Let me know how it goes :)

Wow. You made it so easy that I couldn’t figure it out. I’m not used to helpful Wordpress themes.

Thanks!

tommusrhodus

That’s very kind of you :)

Hi,

This theme is really nice. I have already purchased it and I’m currently implementing it on my site. I have few questions though.

1) How can I move the internal CSS to the default style.css external file? 2) Is there a way to show the page content inside the template block? 3) Is there a workaround that I can do to use Yoast’s WordPress SEO plugin with the template?

Thanks!

tommusrhodus

Hey there,

1. I’m not sure what you mean here, could you explain further, I’m sure I can help :)

2. No, the template short code is “dumb” and does not associate itself with the page it’s dropped into.

3. No, but we’re working on a solution to this :)

Cheers!

Thanks for your prompt response.

1) Basically I just like to moved the below block of CSS definition to the external style.css file that is inside the template folder.

<style type=”text/css”> /* * Header */ .navbar-header { background: #f5f5f5; border-top: 3px solid #414141; } .navbar.basic.fixed .navbar-header { background: rgba(245,245,245,0.94); } .navbar .dropdown-menu { background: #414141; } /* * Footer */ .footer { background: #303030; } .sub-footer { background: #2d2d2d; } ......

The above is the same with the line of codes on line 62 to 268 of http://loom.wpengine.com/

Thanks again!

tommusrhodus

Hey there :)

This is generated in /ebor_framework/custom_colours.php and just handles the custom colours generated by our theme options, there’s no real way to move this to an external CSS sheet as it needs to run through PHP to grab your options, though if you delete this section from the file mentioned above you’ll still have a working theme, just you’ll be locked to the default theme colours :)

Cheers!
