Author, I have written several mails beacause I cannot upload all the XML DEMO CONTENT on my server..I followed all the steps you gave me but nothing changes…

I have importet part of the theme content but I cannote upload the following files, here under I past the result:

Did you receive my answer?!There are serveral permalink in the xml file (http://holobest.com/stylish/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/logo.png) that gives 404 – The page you’ve requested is not available on this server!; that should be the problem..could you please check and let me know?

I just installed a new theme without problem on the same server..i need to solve the problem ASAP!!!

Hi holobest team…time is running out and my patience too..

We cannot build the site for our customer because of this problem in loading the IMPORT FILE!!!

Please give me a solution of the problem in short time or, if you are not able to solve the issue, give me my money back and I’ll buy a different template..

The issue is because your website is loading too slow, and the plugin cannot upload the demo content, please upload it on another server and everything should work perfect. Also if you want I can upload it for you, I’ve tried once on your old server, but it fails because it is too slow. Hope you understand, we want all of our customers to be happy !

I asked for support several times because we cannot import the sample data, I just received an e-mail telling me that you will upload the files for me but nothing changed and it’s just 30 days I bought the theme and I cannot customize it for the client!!!!

Can you support me in a couple of days or do I have to ask my money back?!

The problem is not the server configuration, but his speed, it taking too much to load the demo content, and the demo content plugin fail to upload the XML correctly…

I bought the template since more than a month and I have problem in loading XML file because it is corrupped and have links that doesn’t exist..after contacting several time the support and andrei.holobut@gmail.com by private email I do not have already a solution.

Hi, our website using your theme slowed down drastically last week when trying to make changes in the admin area and when we turned off all the plugins and tested them individually we realized that the Stylish Shortcodes plugin is the one causing the problem. Can you please advise what we can do to fix this? We see that the theme has not been updated since 2014. Are you planning on any updates in the future? We are running the latest version of WordPress. Hi. I have bought the theme and I love, but when I try to activate in localhost the plugin Revolution Slider gives this error

the problem is generated by the Revolution Slider plugin and It Seems That is related to some poor server configurations.

Unfortunately we can not help you if your website is not Placed on a remote server.

I’ve never understood why some computer treat customers as if we were stupid. I know the problem is given by the Revolution Slider plugin.

You answered one of my post, but I do not get my answer to another post with another error that has not been resolved and as I can not be wasting my time, ask for the money back and all alone.

because your website is hosted on your localhost, we cannot check where the problems are. Please deploy your website on a remote server and we are going to take care of them if they occur because of the theme.

I understand, but I have two problems. I have a problem with XML archive and it has not been resolved.

Writing indicating that the file you sent me (XML demo) faced the same problem and that mail was not answered, only the one indicated in the message here. Also your comment refers only to the part that you want (plugin error on localhost), mentions nothing of the error in the XML file, the same error that another user.

I know that there will be no solution to the error on localhost, it has become very clear to me, although I am surprised that even saying he knows where the error is not to send guidance instructions.

That’s much faster to write three emails to say first that can not help, another to say we know where the problem is and a third for me to understand that they can not access my local server.

Meanwhile the problem of the XML file remains the same and that problem is not on localhost, I repeat, is not the localhost.

The XML file that comes with the template fails to upload it to my hosting (not localhost / no local server).It is the same error that the user Kondividi.

How do I add a top image to category pages?

Hello issy26,

you have to go to Stylish Options -> General -> Top Image and there you can add an image that will be displayed on all Wordpress generated pages.
