Stumped by how you link to a single portfolio item from the main nav, like you do in SINGLE WORK FULL on your demo?
For example: I’m creating a photographer’s portfolio site and I’d like to have his portfolio categories (people, landscapes, animals, etc) be the 4 or 5 main navigation items. I don’t want to link to a “portfolio” page with all the projects. I just wish to link to a single portfolio entry (like your single work full) which would really be a gallery of people photos.

How can I change the color of the top menu? Does it only allow black?

The top menu color can be changed with simple CSS changes, check out styles.php in your theme files, there’s a navigation section in there and the ‘color’ rules can be modified very easily.
Use a tool like FireBug to help out with this.

I’ve now purchased the theme and playing with it in Wordpress.
Is it possible when I’ve built the whole site to the collect all the files and transfer them to another hosting and wordpress admin etc. I’m building the site for a friend but using my domain hosting to preview it, once complete I would need re host it on another domain, or can you mask it out and have sub folders in wordpress and host it all on my site??

Thanks for that. I’m really struggling to get to grips with the Wordpress version, the documentation isn’t helping me as I’m a complete beginner and I can only get as far as setting up the homepage. Tried setting up a Team page but cant get it to work. I was hoping the pages would be pre built into the system so you can select a style of page and then edit, but when I choose the desired page it show the same as any other, just blank white box to ad text into.
You’ll get used to working with WordPress, I’d highly recommend importing my demo data so you can see how I set up all the pages etc. for the demo version of the site

Ok on the team page, see on the right hand side that the ‘page template’ is set to ‘team’?
This means that you’re using my predefined page template that lets you add all your own text, but then sticks the team members in there for you as well.
If you were using the ‘Default Page’ page template then you could add team members with the team members shortcode if you wanted.

I have a question. I have blogposts with images that are not all the same size. In the blog overview I want to replace the gallery (if a post is a gallery) with just the post-thumbnail (<?php the_post_thumbnail;(); ?>).
I found out how to do it on the homepage-carousel, but not the Blog-overview, because there doesn’t seem to be a gallery-blog-format.php or something like that.

I absolutely love the concept of this theme… But, I noticed an issue with the auto-scroll on the Home page – When I checked out the demo, I noticed that the horizontal auto-scroll images on the home page appears slow & jerky/choppy on Internet Explorer 9x & 10x, and even on most recent versions of Google Chrome browser… However, the same scrolling thing appears flawlessly smooth on almost all recent versions of Firefox…
I have checked this on atleast 4 different Desktops/laptops; even at different locations with different ISPs…. The same holds true for mobile versions of Chrome & FF on Android based mobiles and tablets…
I’m not sure where this issue lies… and, if it can be resolved.. I just want to make sure, before I purchase this theme.
I am a bit heart-pressed for time, and I would really appreciate a prompt responsive.

This is the first time it’s been mentioned, sometimes Javascript animations can be a little unreliable cross-browser, in a few years when IE catches up we can all use nice smooth CSS3 animations

The issue is not just with IE, strangely, it’s with Chrome too… Anyway, I was looking at this theme for a website for a fashion designer…. I have come across many good concepts, but none like yours…. I wonder if there’s some other theme, with a concept, similar to your’s..

It’s probably easiest just to copy one of the other pages and then copy and paste the contact form out of the contact page and in to you new, copied page.

Hi I purchased your template and everything works fine except the twitter feed. I could not get it to work, the only thing I was able to change was the username in the JQuery file and in the HTML index page. but that didn’t change the feed. It still pulls tweets from the envato acoount?
