Hi Tommus, have purchased your theme today. I’ve ran into my first issue; I can’t seem to choose a custom logo. It uploads it, but won’t apply it no matter what I try. Doing so from the Customise 360 area. Any suggestions?

You just need to make sure you’ve got “Use Custom Logo” set to yes. Check this screenshot matches with your set-up;

Big Issue. Theme isn’t appearing correctly at all. All the pages show a grey background with links on the left side to each page. What could be wrong?

Not a problem
You just need to set the theme up! It won’t display correctly at first as you’ve not set up your menu’s, pages etc.
Follow the included documentation, it will walk you through setting up the main aspects of the theme, take your time & take it all in along the way, you’ll be fine

I had another theme installed so i already have pages, menu and everything set up. I even installed the xml data and it still looks all wrong?
Your pages aren’t necesarially set up correctly for 360 yet though, you’ll need to set page templates etc & re-set your menu location in “appearance” => “menu”.
As I say, have a read of the documentation & take your time with it, you’ll be fine
& I’m more than happy to help you with anything along the way, just take your time to start with

That section is indeed fixed size, though nothing a little CSS couldn’t sort out
We’ve kept it fixed size to provide the best experience for the animated titles, I’d be happy to lend a quick hand modifying the size for your own picture if you decide 360 is for you

Quick Pre-Sales Q …. In the demo and in the screenshots, I don’t see if it’s possible to change theme colors?

You’re right! I should make that more apparent – You can change the background (Grey) colour or image, the text colour & heading colours & also the highlight colour (currently green)
We decided that many of the theme elements work best on white, so the white background is fixed for the time being

Hi, after installing the theme, I am no able to edit theme options on /wp-admin/themes.php?page=customize.php… It says the page cannot load. Please help!

Glad you like it, lets get you sorted out
Step 1. I’d do a quick permalink refresh, go to “Settings” => “Permalinks” and click save changes.
Step 2. Disable plugins, any better?
Step 3. Try going directly to www.url.com/wp-admin/customize.php it’s strange you’re being given that longer url string by your installation – you definitely have WP 3.5 installed?

Hi guys, great theme at the first glance!. A few first questions:
1. How is it possible to customize the Social Icons Widget? I.e. I’d like to add some social networks/services which are not listed so far (Xing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Forusquare etc.)
2. The 360Complete:Address Widget does show title, adress and email-information correctly but fails to save any phone number (I tried all possible versions, numbers only, with an + for international, no spaces etc.) Any ideas?

I’m currently looking into the Address widget – it has come to my attention that on certain set-ups it can indeed fail to save, so I’ll be releasing an update for that tonight, you should get an update notification on your dashboard when it’s ready
The social icons widget indeed is currently limited to the social networks in the demo. I will look into extending this in future updates, there’s so many it’s hard to look after everyone
In the mean time may I suggest another social icon widget? http://www.themezilla.com/plugins/zillasocial/ Is great & will offer you a few more networks

No problem, the update has gone live so if you check the “Updates” section of your Wordpress dashboard you should see our theme there for update to v1.0.1—if you’ve made any customizations to the themes code then they will be overwritten! Make sure to back up first if so, if not, update!

Not currently, the team-template does accept content via the usual WP-Editor though.

Here’s a great article & a screencast by our very own WPExplorer covering the subject;

Follow the latter steps of the article & watch the screencast, you’ll be fine

Hi again, found another litte bug: If changing the theme colors by customizing function, everthing will be changed – except the mouseover in the Social Icons Widget (remains always #88b10f).

Thanks for the update, the social icons widget uses images which are stored in your themes /images/ folder. Sadly as these are CSS sprites so that you can have the nice scrolling hover animation.
Changing the colour of these is a pretty simple job though, open the image file for each icon in Photoshop, select the coloured(green) area of the file & then use the Hue/Saturation tool, with colourize enabled, to change the colour. Save the file & you’re done
Alternatively you could always use another social icons widget

thanks for the info! (I already tried zillasocial, but still have some troubles with the layout – it displays all icons vertically instead in a horizontal row – no idea how to fix that so far).
No problem, I’ll drop zilla social into 360 & make sure it styles correctly, I’ll work the extra styles into an update this weekend for you

You can use zilla-social in the footer if you drop the following CSS into the ‘Custom CSS’ area in the theme-customiser;
Hope this helps, as I say It will be included in the upcoming update also, so you can delete if from your custom CSS if you want once you update to 1.0.2
