Hello Anna,

Nice theme.

I do have quite a few questions. However, I should be able too solve most of them,

But, I am stuck. On our blog page – http://wheelchairsfortheworld.org.uk/newsandblog/ we have “Read more” featured twice per blog and I want to get rid of one of these. Any advice?

Many thanks

Gary

Hi Gary,

thanks for purchasing this theme. You can add this line of code:
.vc_row a.more-link {
  display: none;
}

to remove the theme read more button and you’ll have pink button only.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Ana

Thanks Ana for the fast reply. Added the code only have one “Read More” button now.

Thanks again

Gary

You are welcome :)

Have a nice weekend, Ana

Hi Ana,

Have another issue I’m stuck on:

How do you remove the “love bullets” as featured on http://wheelchairsfortheworld.org.uk/havingabadday/ (Right handside under Recent). I am currently using a plugin recent posts extended and used different widgets with all having the same bullet appearing.

Many thanks for your time.

Gary

Hi Gary,

you can use this:
.newssidebar ul li {
  background: none!important;
  padding: 0!important;
}

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Ana

Thanks again Ana

You are welcome :)

Hello Am stuck, and I need help, how can i Change the colour of this theme?

Thanks for the reply, i want to Change the blue Color

Am not seeing the Jetpack Edit CSS you talking about in other replies. I want to change the dark blue color. Not the orange and background color.

Hi,

Edit CSS appears in “Appearance” section when Jetpack plugin is installed and activated by connecting it to WordPress.com account. You can however use child theme for the same purpose or another edit CSS plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/.

There are quite a few dark blue elements in the theme. I can give you CSS classes for the main areas:

Footer:
#footerblock {
background: #314558;
}
#footermenublock {
background: #202d39;
}
Menu:
#title {
background: #314558;
}
Programs Sidebar

.sidebarinner {
background: #3e566d;
}
Contact Form:
.contact-form {
background: #314558;
}

Hope this helps a bit!

I see Our Events tab in Dashboard… But i do not see Our Events Template… How i can get Our Events Page with all events list?

Hi,

there is no “Our Events” page template. This custom post type was meant to show only on the front page.

However, this is a good suggestion and we’ll add it to the theme in the next few days and release an update. You’ll be informed as soon as it’s out.

Hope this will help!

Best, Marko

Hi,

just to let you know that update is available and the new page template for “Our Events” has been added.

Make sure to back up before you update.

Best, Marko

Hi Ana,

I read in other comments that you suggest that this template is translation ready. I’ve found the MO and PO files, but what are the steps to make this template work with different languages?

Thanks for your answer

Hi,

the strings in the PO file need to be manually translated to the language of your choice with a PO editor. We recommend using Loco Translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/. It enables you to translate it directly from the WordPress dashboard.

Hope this helps a bit!

Best,

Marko

Hi Anna. Could I receive help documentation? I’m having trouble setting up the homepage sliders and having the site look like the demo. My email is admin@fonbruno.com. Thanks a lot

Hi,

inside the download file you’ll find help files or you can check the live documentation here: http://www.anarieldesign.com/documentation/4children/

In the future please contact us from the account you bought the theme.

Cheers, Ana

Thnaks a lot. I don’t have the soliloquy addons though

Please contact us from the item support contact form from the account you bought the theme and we will gladly help you further.

When I add the Call to Action Buttons in the Intro Block section, they display vertical instead of horizontal) and without any block background / icon around the ‘button’ text. Button text is the color of the buttons in the top bar, and buttons seem to be transparent.

Upon inspecting the element, it looks like the Call To Action button widget in the Intro Block didn’t have prior to the <aside class=”home-widget”> html. When added in the inspect element area, I was able to get the button background to display and the correct color text and icon to display on the button. However, it was not centered on the Intro Block.

Can this be fixed on the theme so the Call to Action widget will add the correct div id= in the Home Intro block?

Thanks!

Hi,

thanks for contacting!

Please contact us from the account with which you purchased this theme. We are allowed to provide support only to verified purchases. There is, however, no purchase and support confirmation attached to your username.

Best, Ana

Hi Ana – Dave Neidert said he contacted you about our situations. He is a vendor that purchased the theme for us. I have our License Information if that would help. Please let me know what else you need. Thanks

Hi Danielle,

someone contacted us yesterday afternoon per email, but didn’t introduce him/herself. Name Brossart was mentioned in the email so I guess it relates to you.

Please note that according to Themeforest guidelines we are allowed to provide support only to the verified purchases. In order to verify, support questions need to be sent from the account with which the theme is purchased. Transferring licenses to other accounts is not possible. Otherwise, it would all be open to a whole lot of manipulation options. Hope you can understand that.

I’ll help you with this one, but for further support please use support contact form and the account from which the theme is purchased.

This “Call To Action” widget is coded exclusively for the top bar. It can’t be used in the intro sidebar. If you want to have more buttons in the intro block you can use text widget and add buttons by using this line of code:

 <a class="donate" style="background-color:your color" href="Your Target URL" target="_blank">Button Text</a>

Hope this helps.

Best,

Marko

hi, I have a conflict with a plugin, the owner of the plugin says that the theme is calling google maps api several times. I do not know this. I switched theme and the plugin worked perfectly, so the theme is creating the conflict. Can you guys tell me how to spot calling google maps api? Thanks

Hi, thanks for purchasing this theme. Can you please contact us via theme support contact form to help you further. Theme doesn’t call any google maps api but it can be in relation with the Google fonts calling. Please send us info via theme support email and we will help you further. All the best, Ana

I am using this theme but donate page is only showing shortcode. Can you please assist me here to overcome the issue?? Kindly reply me as soons as. Thanks. Regards, Zaheer Abbas

Hi,

this is related to the Seamless Donation plugin. They have changed the shortcode to [seamless-donations]. So you need to replace the old [dgx-donate] with that one.

For further support please use support contact form and contact from the account with which you purchase the theme. We are not allowed to give support to unverified purchases.

Thanks so much.

I just updated to the most recent version of Visual Bakery, and now I do not see my back end content to update. I also reached out to WP Bakery, but wanted to see if you heard of anything that could be blocking or how I can fix.

Thank you,

Hi,

please contact us from the account you bought this theme and from the theme support contact form. Unfortunately we didn’t test Visual Bakery plugin with our theme.

All the best, Ana

Hi Anariel, I like very much your theme but I hope you could answer me a couple of questions… 1- Is this theme totally complete? meaning that I don’t have to buy or pay extra for any of the plugins or sliders? (for sample:WPBakery Visual Composer) 2- The theme has a Child theme or example that I can load and work with it (or video-documentation that make it easy to install? 3- For the DONATION button is compatible with PAYPAL? Thank you I appreciate your information … Ciao, Paula

Hi Paula,

1. To achieve what is presented in the demo you don’t need to purchase any plugins.However, there are hundreds of thousands of plugins. If you’d like to use some of them that come at a price you’d have to purchase them. This theme doesn’t depend on or use Visual Composer. 2. Child theme is included in the package. 3. We used free version of Seamless Donations plugin in our demo for donations. Free version supports PayPal gateway. More about this plugin you can find on their support site https://wordpress.org/plugins/seamless-donations/ .

Hope this helps.

Best, Marko

Thank you Marko, I appreciated your time in answering my questions, it will help with my decision …. Thank you again
