I’ve been having some trouble: I’ve created a page named “side projects” with page template “blog” but the page doesn’t behave like the other blogpage i’ve used. I’ve created a menu item and when I click it, it doesnt scroll to it, but ovens a new page. Also I want to give my pages other names than predefined, does this cause any trouble later on?

Please check the documentation on how to set up the menu. You need to add a title attribute to the menu item. For Blog it would be:
You can name the pages as you like.

That helps a bit. I’ve used the pagetemplate “blog” twice. Does that cause a problem?
Also: I’ve named my page “Sideprojects” and the menu item too, but it still shows up as “blog” when published.
The theme only supports on blog instance. You can change the heading in Theme Options > Translation.

(sorry, i’m so frustrated, keep running in to problems, thought I was less of a newbie) are there any page templates that you can use more than once? My site keeps flipping out!
You can use the default page template or full width page template more than once

Ok, I got most things sorted now, thank you so much for that, but one last question. Because I have to use the title attribute to let te pages behave correctly, incorrect information show up in the tooltip (for instance: “portfolio” when I hover over my “music and video” menu item.) How can i fix this? It looks weird and I suppose it’s not too good for my SEO!
Unfortunately that isn’t changeable as standard, you’d need to edit the template-home.php and change the portfolio wrap ID. This won’t affect your SEO, as the actual page will exist as music and video.

Hallo man, i try to use Facebook Page Photo Gallery the plugin it is working but it doesn’t show the prettyphoto popup, it open the picture in a new page, if i don’t use the menu attribute so i use normal pages without effect it is working, have any idea? thanks a lot

What page are you trying to use it on? It won’t work on the one page setup as the sections are loaded in via AJAX.
