One more time about BBPRESS. I Checked on my another theme (themeforest too) and bbpress woks great. Problem is with Absoute theme. Now I’m 100% sure. Unfortunately i NEED to run THIS plugin

Hi, this is really lightweight AJAX-powered theme and i can’t say for sure if it’s suitable to run forum plugin with it (because some plugins need page refreshes for any action). Also, BBpress integration is not a feature of this theme – it has no predefined styles for forum topics etc.
i clicked “hide category filter” under “Theme Options” – “Portfolio”. But I didnt like the way that looked so i unchecked “Hide Category Filter”, saved the chagnes, refreshed the site, but the Category Filters are still missing. how can i get them back? thanks.

Hi, it shows only the latest tweet, this is a shortcode on the Home page, it has username parameter so you can set your twitter username.
i set a few of the small buttons to link to the Contact page of my site. how do i get it to open in a separate window or tab? i dont want my site users to navigate away from the page they are on when they click the button. i tried target=”_blank” but it didnt work.
Hi, currently button shortcode has no target paramater, but you can use this HTML snippet: <a href=”some URL” class=”button” target=”_blank”><span>Button Text</span></a>

Hi, sorry for the late reply – currently i’m updating all my themes and it takes all the time. If you mean setting contact form fullwidth i’ve changed it yesterday.
I filled out the Success Message form under Contact Form in Theme Options. Then I clicked Saved Changes. The Success Message then works but it does not stick. If I navigate away from Theme Options and then back the success message is gone and it no longer displays on my site.
Send me temporary WP access and i’ll check this issue.
the google map on the contact page does not show up properly, the size of the map is not the size of the box that you created. its smaller. does that make sense? is this a bug?
Do you use iframe map embedding or default theme shortcode? It should be fullwidth, as you see on the live preview.
i use the default theme shortcode, i just changed that lat/long numbers to show my office. when i navigate to the Contact page from the menu bar it does not display properly but when i get there from one of my Small Buttons it works fine. very weird, im not sure what to do.
Strange, it seems that when page is loaded directly the map is not refreshed – i get gray background on about half of the map, try to use default google map iframe code http://www.google.com/mapmaker

Im having trouble getting new pages to load when I do not have them in the Menu bar. For instance, I created a page for a specific client that I intend to be password protected and show some data speciifically for that client. however after i create the page i click View Page and my home page loads. another example of this is with the Features page. i took it out of the menu bar because it was just for you to show what the theme is capable of. but i want to reference the page from time to time to see some of the features, but i cant get to it unless i temporarily put it back in the menu bar. mywebsite/features does not load, it goes straight to the home page. thoughts on this?

Do i need glasses or is the LinkIn button indeed not available here? I see it’s mentioned in ‘Share buttons’ settings but i can not place the link anywhere.
Hi, just tried to enable linkedIn button and it appears under the post and portfolio content along with other share buttons. Make sure you’ve set Show Share Buttons in Theme Options/Portfolio and Theme Options/Blog.
I need that LinkedIn button in the header but i guess i need to fix that mannualy.
For testing i activated Show Share Buttons in Theme Options/Portfolio but after i deactivated those share buttons keep comming on in the Porftolio.
Please check your theme version, should be 2.0 – i’ve fixed a few bugs in the latest version.

I tried to follow the instructions to the locate the purchase key to sign up for the forums, but that license certificate is not available. I’m new to themeforest so forgive me if this is silly. Hi, Great theme! Quick question though – I’m embedding audioboo players onto my home page which work fine in Chrome and IE, but in Firefox the length of each clip isn’t being pulled through. In other words, how long each clip is isn’t being displayed. When I change the theme to the 2012 Wordpress one they work fine across the board.
Do you have any idea why this may be?

Hi, thanks! This is not theme-related issue as this player is not built into the Absolute, try to write to the audioboo support and ask about the crossbrowser compatibility of their player.
Ok, thanks. Different question then. Is there a way to display a portfolio on a page but with the content already open? At the moment it only shows the featured image and the content only displays once the featured image has been clicked. thanks!
Sure, portfolio items are opened by default with direct link, for example http://www.southwestbusinessnews.co.uk/portfolio/programme-2-housing/

My “Read More” buttons on my “News” and “Plants” pages have suddenly stopped working. All I’ve done is add a slider and put some elements into columns. URL is www.theforagedbookproject any ideas?
