There is no “index.html” – there is a “index.php”, which is pretty much the same. But as the “index.php” does not have any PHP Code, You can simply rename it into “index.html” and voila, You got Your “index.html”.
You could also just upload the “index.php” – how I said, it’s absolutely the same. So there are NO NEEDS to change anything. Just upload the “index.php”...
