I wonder how this site performs on the SEO side? Looks like its one lone source page for the entire site. h tags are repeating a few times which may look like duplicate content to SEs.

Not to much room for utilizing header’s title tags and meta tags for SEO as well. As well as xml sitemap issues that can arise when submitting content to SEs

Has anyone had success optimizing this template?

Hi Chubby,

Please correct me if Im wrong, when I developed this theme it is valid CSS & XHTML strict and tags are coded properly which I know is SEO friendly… Yes its not utilizing to much room for header title tags because you only have 1 page which is the index page but you can see a well written code in this theme. Im not SE expert but I know if you code a theme or a website properly with valid css xhtml, its SEO friendly.

Sorry but I don’t know anyone optimizing this theme.. Thank you for the positive feedback

Hi Mabuc, just purchased the theme, I think it looks awesome. one question and sorry for my ignorance as am new here, how do I replace the content on each of the pages? I know on the instructions you mentioned all html files are on a folder called ” “Final_Theme” . I have downloaded all files and I do not see this folder, all I see is the index.html file, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

since you changed the value of the button you can do two things, go to send.php file and open it in your site editor. please locate the ff:

1.  if($_POST['btsend']=='Submit') { /*content here*/ }
2.  please change it to
3.  if($_POST['btsend']=='Verzenden') {  } //where btsend is the name of button and Verzenden is the value of the button

or you can do it this way

1.  if($_POST['btsend']=='Submit') { /*content here*/ }
2.  please change it to
3.  if(isset($_POST['btsend'])) { /*content here*/ }

one more thing, I think your contact form validation is not working because you changed the form id but you did not change the jquery id validate located at the top of the page, please follow the steps..

1. you are using id=”send” in your form, please also change the script to #send..
