How do I enter the information correctly so that google maps will work?
I was wondering if there is anyway to disable comments on a “Fullscreen – with page” page, seeing as the discussion and comment boxes in the Screen Options are already unchecked.

Hello I would like to buy this theme which I think is what I need but I have two questions:
I would like to do like on this site: http://www.1stavemachine.com/ I need to freeze the video when we clic on a link so it becomes the background image. It would be great if this freeze was darkened a little bit.I would like to change the way the menu is shown (font, opacity, color, forms), is it possible? I am looking for something without color behind, only the video behind.

all galleries error at the top of the page: “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/glassmag/public_html/wp-content/themes/adventure/portfolio-one-column.php on line 186” reads two column, three-column etc for various galleries. When enterting a gallery into a page, all images show up. ie: the galleries are not seperating. Please advise… in addition, slideshows not working, have added detail in set up and on pages… thanks

no, dont think so. did install as per screencast instrustions. Wordpress, install, themes etc Can you tell me where I find instructions?
You just need to add some content to the page.
I have added the demo file and it has caused more errors. Now galleries also include demo images and some dont work at all. Still cant get slide shows to work and now all pages are reading line errors. I will email site details. Sorry for inconvience, any advice greatly appreciated.

Simply click Publish again on the pages where you see the error.
If you still see it then enter some content into the editor, update and view again.

Have you added any content to the page or select a gallery to appear on that page?
yes – have tried ading content and galleries to several pages. Error is always there, even on the demo, and all images appear withing a gallery – ie family gallery shows all images uploaded, not just family pictures.
Please re-send your wp-admin details.

I was trying to update to Adventure 2.0, but after I activated it, i’m now getting an error message when I try to view the website. I also can’t get into the WP Admin area, as it shows the same message.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/content/j/p/o/jpowell22/html/playdayphotography/wp-content/themes/adventure_updated/p_framework/p_custom_write_panels.php on line 51

One of the files has not been fully uploaded. Download again and try re-installing
Within the zip file I downloaded, there is a folder called “download”, which contains a folder called “adventure”. I assume that adventure folder is the folder I need to upload. However, the previously mentioned “download” folder also contains an additional zipped file called “adventure.zip” which appears to contain the same things as the adventure folder.
I typically install themes via the WP interface, so i’m not sure what exactly I need to upload. Also, I read that you should upload the zip, and then extract. But i’m not sure which zip i should upload, since there is a zip, within a zip.
Any help would be appreciated!
Zip up the adventure folder.
Do I NEED to upload the zipped file? I don’t know how to unzip it once I’ve sent to my server. Can i just upload the adventure folder by itself?
Also, if i’m zipping the Adventure folder, what are the rest of those files in the “download” folder for?

My hosting company has disabled mail and I need to use SMTP (of which their is a WP plugin) but the theme seems to hardcode the use of the mail function. Can you advise how I can change/ammend to make this work?
There is no alternative to the mail function. You need a smtp server to receive emails.
actually pop is the process for downloading/receiving emails. SMTP is used to send it. The theme seems to override the default wp mail function and use the inbuilt php one.
WP applications shoudl use wp_mail instead of mail, this allows plugins to override the function.
There is a plugin called wp mail SMTP which will allow me to use SMTP but it seems incompatiable with the theme.
The plugin allows me to connect to a mail services, such as gmail, to send the email and not use the server’s sendmail function.
Please let me know if you have any advise as to how I can make this work.

I just purchased Adventure. http://www.nealbrennan.com/ I’m having two problems:
I can’t change the font for the menu items on the left. I have checked the stylesheet.css file and cannot find the font-family tag for that specific area of the site. I have been able to change the font for pages in stylesheet.css, but cannot figure out how to do this for the links in the menu.
I have added widgets beneath the menu. How can I add a scrollbar? Currently one does not exist and items fall off the page at the bottom.

1. The font is generated by Cufon. To change the font you will need to download the font you want, go to : http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/ , generate the new cufon js file, replace the current cufon file but keep the original name.

Thanks for your timely response and thanks for the tip about Cufon! But, I have followed your instructions and have had no luck. I have even tried several different settings within the Cufon generator with no success. Under the heading Customization (for 3rd party scripts only) in the cufon generator, what should be entered? I have entered ‘cufon’ with no luck.
Also, the scroll bar issue was fixed by simply replacing position: fixed; with position: absolute; under the left content wrapper section of the stylesheet. You’ll also want to right align the footer so that it does not impact the additional items of the menu. Users can accomplish this by modifying the footer section under stylesheet, and replacing left: 0px; with right: 0px;
I have to say, I’m glad to have gotten such a timely response but I feel like scroll bar functionality and the ability to change a font should be much more readily available in a premium theme. I feel like the OptionTree should include an easy to use upload feature for fonts. I highly recommend incorporating this into future releases.
My pictures in the fullscreen slideshow show up distorted and stretched out. I understand the cropping of the image, but not the stretching. The image files I am using are .jpg (1800×1200).
