How do I access the live demo for the ipad and iphone versions?
Since The Agency uses responsive design philosophy, you need to just open main live demo from your device of choice.

The item page with the photo of the iPhone shows the page loaded differently with only 2 columns of thumbnails. When I visit the demo using my iPhone, the iPHone loads the demo as is- and it runs very sluggishly.
Indeed, we’ll probably decrease number of thumbnails to two or three columns. Thank you for suggesting that.
Lags are caused by large amount of images on front page (they also load on sub-pages). We uploaded that much to cover 30” screens. It will work much faster if you reduce number of projects to less than in demo. In addition, on project pages images are very large. iDevices don’t work as smoothly as desktop computers yet and they are able to work excellently only with short pieces of code. Anyway, we tested that on iPhone 4s and iPad2 and it was working smooth enough to be convenient

Is this the Wordpress version of the HTML theme that already exists? It is an honest question. I don’t know why you marked my comment as spam. I am VERY interested in buying and I already bought the HTML version that this looks like. I am just curious if you worked with the other author to get this one up?
I have a few questions about functionality if so… otherwise I will need to phrase my questions differently if this functions differently.

That author let us know they will be releasing WP version of their product in the future. You might want to wait for it if that’s what you are looking for. The Agency, however, uses different approach to project presentation, we have independent slides instead of galleries, and put emphasis on adaptive scaling and wide array of control options. You can decide on your purchase after you thoroughly test both products and compare experience. Feel free to ask your questions

I will say it again – great work guys, and really good documenation! Bougth the theme and it`s is really pleasant to work with.
And I want to mention it officially – it will be really nice, if you can make embeding videos from vimeo possible. As motion designer, this is what will make the theme really good, since most of my motion work is bigger then the 8mb that wordpress allows to upload. Even if I upload them directly to the server, the loading time will be too big, and the client will just think that this is a bug. So please, help out with that:)

Youtube and Vimeo videos support is coming this week. We’re already working on this!
Flower… I echoe zka11 if you can make embedding videos possible on the front page please! As that type of functionality is fast becoming a ‘standard’, with a click through to the choice to view a larger version.
It has fast become a one touch choice world, in my research peeps are not into deeper linkings and like preview and choice to select a fuller version of content. I.e how picture thumbnails serve larger represents.
I would also like to echo requests for a full blog section.
In addition, if there was a css tag implementation on the Front page that immediately identified (as corner markers / visual cues) what a posts content type contains. i.e picture, video etc. And the ability to use or not, then IMHO this theme would fill a wide range of necessities and trending i.e flipboard. And I for one wouldn’t hesitate to purchase / recommend.
I hope you give the theme your best shot as it is a fine example of where things are heading in simplicity in design and functionality – you ought to make a killing.

We will implement alternate mode of TN overlay as per your suggestion.
Blog case was already mentioned a few times and your comment only convinces us more to act upon user requests so you can count on further improvements there.
Please keep in mind that our initial concept was to keep it simple and some of your (and others’) requests may be useful only for some group of people. Please understand that adding for instance indicators you mentioned about would change theme’s look and feel a lot and some people may not like it.
We will of course implement alternative solutions but if you’re looking for some specific changes that don’t match initial concept (and won’t be added) please email me to find out if I’ll be able to do them especially for you. You can tell us what exactly is it that you are looking for prior to purchase and once you’re sure we’ll be able to provide you custom modification, you can safely get it

I don’t agree that adding an indicator such as the flag on each of these posts which differentiates a buyer from a browser, would change your design much and of course I look forward to the upcoming changes you make.
I think your theme is awesome and could demonstrate a purpose which many developers / users are looking for, however this implementation in my view is not quite right yet.

mate you can offer up the need sleep too excuse but pls should you put yourself out there as a entity offering ‘product’ then perhaps you can view feedback (customer or potential) in a light it’s meant i.e not to offend however to be constructive.
You may also wish to consider that R&D is offset now by customers paying for products to be essentially ‘tested’ in the market itself. When this was not necessarily considered appropriate.
I understand the limitations upon small companies / business entities… I am one myself. However, please do your best and discard any attitude customers view you as robots as not necessarily being the case.

IPAD iSSUES 1 – The menu option in the coming soon and news page for the iPad is not ok. 2 -When you scroll to the right and see the video, you don´t have any way to go out of there
the menu dont work until loads and play all video. can u test better that.

1) You mean menu won’t scroll along with news? You’d like it to always stick to the left even if you scroll?
2) Indeed, there may be little trouble with HTML5 video player and iDevices because it works differently on iPhone and iPad. Thank you for reporting that. Hopefully, we’ll get this sorted out this week in the coming update.
3) Yes, you can give transparency to background. You can either use opacity property in CSS or use image that will make it look like that.

I would like to know if this has a blog section and how does it work if so? I have seen the news section but I don’t think it really gives off what I’m looking for. I like the fullscreen use of the theme but what about automatic integration of Facebook likes / tweets & Google+ social medias on each portfolio / blog post?

This functionality is coming this week.
After a week trying to decide and almost buying a template, I was so shocked when I saw this theme. It looks so good and it fits my needs so well that I don’t know how to describe it.
My only concern is, can the blog be used as a real blog (the news section) with something like read more+include pictures or it’s only for brief notes?

We’re still working on improving iDevices performance. Unfortunately, perfect smoothness is hardly achievable due to limited hardware performance. Browsers on your desktop computer will always work smooth and iPad or iPhone may lag when working with many thumbnails, large images and multiple animations. It speeds up with less thumbnails on front page.
Anyway, we’re going to improve performance and user experience on iDevices as much as possible in the coming days. We’re taking all the comments into consideration

i have a few questions, when you enter my site it is black, but when you click on ‘all works’ one of the thumbnails show up, but how do i get it on the first page you see when you enter? and can you link the thumbnail to a youtube page etc, and how?

Please email me your website’s address and I’ll check that. Probably you’ll have to replace demo posts with your own posts to see thumbnails. Thumbnail have to be hosted on your server.
Great theme. I’ll probably be picking it up to use as an online publication. If you could add some functionality to allow posting of specific images or sections to social networks that would put it over the top for me. If you moved it more toward functioning as an online publication that would be terrific. I’ve seen some other themes that lend to a publication use but the responsive behavior puts it over the top. I can help you with adding things like social media sharing tools for specific elements of your copy of The Agency. Perhaps, that would be useful for other people out there, too. Feel free to email me a list of requested changes and I’ll tell you whether they are possible to be made easily or not. If so, you can safely get The Agency and we will implement those custom modifications in your copy and perhaps move some of them to main package, too!
Would there be a way to pop up a lightbox with text from the title or additional text. Like on the page with the “website” link. Instead of linkinig out of the site link to a lightbox popup with text or other additional visuals?
We can implement such custom modification to your copy of The Agency. You will only have to specify how would you like it to look like. It’s easy to do even without HTML or Javascript knowledge. Perhaps, we could move that modification to main package too because it seems to be useful!
So, you’re planning to have thumbnails link to some other page? If so, that would require some slight changes to template-portfolio.php file. There’a s loop that lists all images. You’ll have to add it a custom field call and use that custom field in admin panel to put links to external pages. If you’re familiar with WordPress and PHP I ’m sure you’ll get by editing it. If not, please email me to get more details
