Interested in buying, like the theme very much! A question, is it possible to stretch the homepage background image? Thanks

sevenspark

Hi mrfreeze,

Thanks for your interest! Not sure exactly what you mean. If you want to use a background image (as opposed to the included patterns) and stretch it to the extents of the window, you could customize it with something like Backstretch, but this is not something that UberMenu does out of the box.

Hope that helps! :)

Chris

Sorry, that should have said “Agility” not “UberMenu” :)

How do you remove the default text in the “lower area”, if you don’t want to use any widgets there? The theme assumes you will be using that area, but I’d like to to just leave it blank, but when I remove the widgets, it puts that silly default copy in the bordered box….

Please help.

Hi Sean,

In the Agility Control Panel, under “Home Page”, you can disable the lower area widgets by setting the switch to “off”.

I’d definitely recommend watching the video tutorials, especially the home page tutorials.

If you have any further questions, please be sure to post them in the Support Forum if you can’t find the answers in the documentation.

Hope that helps,

Chris

I would really love for the theme to look good on my Retina display…the sliders and my logos are pixelated. PLEASE add high res support to this theme!

Hi abdul,

Your slider looks good to me, but if you’re still having trouble please post in the Support Forum and we’ll take a look.

Best,

Hi Chris!

I’ve been looking around the past week for responsive themes and i’ve 99% decided to purchase Agility! Thanks for the wonderful theme and for the (as far as I can see) stellar support!

Just one quick question before I purchase: I notice that the featured images at the grid blog and home-blog layout are of different sizes depending on the uploaded image size.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the images somehow cropped to make all them the same size, and that only when I go into the single post layout, will the picture then show in its full size?

Some of my images are huge portraits (500×1500px for example) and I’d reckon it will look out of place side-by-side with the other normal landscape images.

I’d prefer if they were all the same size, looks more pleasing to the eye (mine, at least).

Thanks again!

Hi Fadhilahwahid,

Thanks for your interest in Agility! :)

Yes, there is a simple option you can switch on in the Agility Control Panel to say whether you want the images to be cropped or not.

You can also set the cropped image’s aspect ratio in the control panel.

Hope that helps! :)

Purchased!

Looking forward to spend my night setting up the website instead of completing my papers :)

Thanks for the prompt reply Chris.
