Seriously where is the support, my question hasn’t been answered in almost a week….

You know you can have the best theme in the world but if there is no support why would anyone want to be your customer. I’ve already given up. You won’t be getting my business. Pathetic.

All I wanted to know was this…

Can you add pagination to the animated portfolio with filter?

Even if you answer this, your support is nonexistent. Others have asked questions here and haven’t received any replies in WEEKS . What is going on? There is no excuse for not providing support to potential customers with pre-purchase questions. If you aren’t giving me a good experience before I purchase your products what type of experience should I expect when I do give you my hard earned cash?

Hey Guys, great theme, very happy with it!

Having one small issue – Just wanting to know where I can edit the code for the upload size for the home page slider. When uploading a new slide with an image size of 2000px wide, the theme seems to save it back to 1200px wide and then it scales that image up on larger screens from there, with an average result. I would rather it just pushed through my original upload size which has already been optimised to a suitable level. Can you point me in the direction to adjust this, as it is making the main images look awful and the client has a problem with it.

can you explain how much customizing can be done to this? as far as backgrounds,buttons,headers,ect? I am trying to decide on a new template i got avada 1.1 and was very unhappy backgrounds where not changeable in wide screen mode. and the back end editor was not very nice.
