I have set up the theme and everything is working nicely, except for one issue I’ve come across. I have a portfolio with lots of items (150+), but when I upload these items in the “Folio Items” section of the portfolio piece, the items aren’t being saved. The first 155 items are saved, but anything after that disappears when the post is updated.
Can you tell me, is there a limit set on the number of “folio items” that can be uploaded? Is the limit set by number of items or by total size of all items? Where can I find the limit in the code to adjust it to allow for more items?
There should not be any limitation for folio items, I would suggest you creating an account on our forum, submit a ticket there so our support guys could investigate on this issue and will help you getting it fixed.
I have asked on the forum as well, unfortunately the support team doesn’t seem to be too active there and I haven’t received any indication that the problem is being looked into.

I have two questions about your beautiful theme:
1.In gallery “3 columns” or “4 columns”, is it possible to display the category filter in another way, that all the options will be on screen together, like a menu, radio buttons or a select box that is higher and shows it all.
2.In gallery (thumbnails), is it possible that the images will not be links to the lightbox, that they will not be links at all? I’m thinking of using it for showing clients logos and do not need the option to open them in a lightbox.

1)Due to original design the “3 columns” and “4 columns” layout was developed with having filter at that specific place and there is no option to alter its position, however you can adjust that in accordance to your specific needs via altering default source files which involves custom work.
2) The lightbox feature could not be disabled optionally, but yes its posible and you would be able to remove that via altering its php file.

What’s going on with your support… You moved to a new support forum, but it’s not working. I have trouble resetting my password… So I really need your support, but it’s now the second week that I’m trying to get your support – no luck for me… ticket no. #MLW-441-64990
And it’s a really big issue, because images uploaded to gallery aren’t displayed…
What kind of issue do you experience with the resetting the password? What email have you used for creating an account there? And why do you inform about it just now after two weeks?

Resetting password? When you ask to reset your password, in case this password is forgotten, you put your mail and you get a message that an E-mail would be sent to you so you would be able to login. I received no mails! I’m not going to write my mail here but you can get it from the ticket #MLW-441-64990
You had to let us know that you experience issues creating an account right away instead of unreasonably waiting for two weeks since you were advised that we are no longer use our old ticket system, anyway we will check whats going on with your account there and will email you with the updates.

Yep, that is where I was trying to sign in and then again where I was trying to register. It said that my purchase code has aready been attached to an account. Which makes sense because I’ve requested assistance before. Where can I resolve this?

Hi there, I had been using the original theme when my hosting had an issue and control panel corrupted. Luckily they have a backup of database & all files which I have downloaded. Is there any way for me to install the latest version of the theme then restore file structure & database at all?
It would be easier to restore your website with all the original backup files you have in order to get it to the original condition and the just update the theme and plugins files to the latest version.
Quick question concerning portfolio images. Can one upload a separate thumbnail image for a portfolio piece? We’ve come across portfolio themes that force you to use the same full-size cropping of a portfolio piece as the thumbnail, and it poses constraint issues.
