Sure it could be added additionally but it requires custom coding since the default template design does not have this arrow. The template is fully customizable and you could add any changes you like in order to suit your specific needs, it only depends on your coding skills.

You are always welcome, first of all let me point out that you have purchased the Almera HTML template which could not be installed through Wordpress and if you are willing to use the Wordpress for editing you would need to purchase the Almera WP theme. The other thing I would like to note that we do not provide our customers with any paid customization services, we do provide support only for default theme features.

Unfortunately the stuff of this nature depend totally on themeforest administration. We are not responsible for replacement or refund procedure. As far as we know themeforest administration does not offer any exchange, replace or refund for products which can be previously previewed. Anyway, please contact themeforest support team in regards to this question, maybe they could make an exception for you or offer some alternative options. I wish we could help you with this but it is not up to us.

¿Is the Sudo Slider version implemented here trying to preload images on the slides as the user browses them? In my case, with bad internet connection, there isn’t a preloader, or any action that would prevent the user from seeing a half loaded picture or no picture at all on a slide.

Please note this is HTML template which could be customized in accordance to your needs and it only depends on your skills and due to our policy we do not provide any customization services, we do provide support for default template elements if there is some error in default code or script, but customizing and adjust the template to suit your preferences is beyond our support. Hi I have tried to login to your support system with my old html registration from 2013, but that failed. So I registered with a new email and I am logged in but cannot create a new support ticket for html Almera. It comes up with “you must be registered…” When I tried searching for html it said support was for WP only.

I want to add a video gallery for one video only, but may need to be able to add videos later on.

If you’re about your other question with file changelist, then no necessity to create a ticket. And unfortunately we do not provide support for html items neither on our forums nor in the tickets. Only here on dashboard. You can use the tickets just in case you defined a bug or issue.

There is a release log in the item description, and if your purchase was in August I suppose there weren’t many important changes since then. Unfortunately we do not log the file change list for html templates.

Hi! I cannot change the slider images. When I add a new image it does not appear and only gives me a image saying “File not found”. Please advise. I also tried to go through theme support ticket but cannot. It comes up with “you must be registered…” and I am registered.

Hi, I have a 3 questions. 1) When someone use contact form, than email arrives twice on my email. Why twice, I need only one email. 2) How to set kaya slider on mobile version, on PC is ok, but on the mobile images are deformed (Android, iOS, Win) 3) When i click on photo on mobile, image display is smaller than a thumbnail, i need FullScreen button and i need 2 fingers use. Hello,

yesterday I bought the template and download the zip.file. from the invite market platform. I tried to upload the zip file from wordpress platform but it is not working. It startetd to upload and stop after a few second an i get a message like this: Are you sure you won’t to do this?

After that i unzip the folder and did the upload via FileZilla. After the upload i can’t find the template in the overview but i can search for the Theme and it is installed but damaged and i got the message from wordpress like this:

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I tried it more times no chance.

It is normal that the file is called:

themeforest-5068888-almera-responsive-portfolio-site-template-2.zip The file is 72,4 MB big?

I am using wordpress 4.5.1. Is the Theme working with the version or must i rename the zip.file?

yes you are right, i am using the plugin from Unite Gallery. I checked the plugin and it was updated, there is no update avelable. I don’t think that the plugin is the problem because on my mobile it is still working and also if i change to another theme! And wordpress is also updated to the last version. I also can see the gallery on my Macbook if i go to the page (edit-Modus) and press the button show site. But later from the Mainmenue it doesn’t work and i don’t see any gallery.

I found the mistake / problem. I went to the Theme Options ( General Settings ) and deactivated the hook under “Enable Ajax”. Now it is working on my Macbook, Mobile an Tablet.

What means “Enable Ajax” ?

And now I am still trying to get open a submenu from a submenu on my ipad! I only can see a submenu from the Mainmenue but if i habe more than one submenue it is never working on the ipad. It doesn’t show the submenue and so i don’t have the chance to select it.

Is that one More option from the General Settings of the Theme Options?
