Hello Alex, hello all,

I bought this theme and it looks great! But I don`t get the workflow on how to set up my pages. Pages, portfolios, gallerys and categories. I am confused. I`ve read the documentary and have seen the videos but there are still many questions marks…

I submitted a ticket and am in contact with the support but they don`t answer all my questions and it goes kind of slow…I appreciate the help but it`s kind of frustrating, the theme is not very user friendly…

So is there anyone who can guide me through my specific questions or show me how to build the page I want?

Anyone out there who works with this theme and knows how to do it? That would be so great!

I set my slider to fade and when I load the page the first image in the slider always flashes. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

Is there a way to make the logo text smaller than 35px? The theme panel only allows to chose this size minimum. How do I do that?

Hi,

how can I turn off the effect when you go over an image with your mouse and it moves up and there is a white field below which shows titles and categories name? This happens when using mansonry for instance.

Where can I change spinner color? I modified colors in Theme Options and it has changed everywhere except while opening full-size image. It’s still pink there :)

I also can’t find where to change “Submit” text on a button in contact form.

Hey I have a problem with the Flex slider:

The slider works, but it doesn’t show show the pictures. And there are two Flex sliders one above the other, and I really don’t know why.

I just tried to sign up for support but I haven’t purchased the theme yet as I have a couple questions.

What are the max dimensions for landscape and portrait on the portfolio images on the demo.

What’s the difference between the gallery images and the album images

There is no limits for maximum dimensions, but they should be at least 904×904. Regarding your question about difference: there are two different post types, that’s it.

Hi, this theme does not work as expected. In folio layout 1 some images (same error on your own page in layout 2 http://almera.webtemplatemasters.com/?page_id=568) not showing.

Another thing is when I enable ajax. Then the whole folio layout 1 on my frontpage is blank.

WP 3.8 and no other plugins activated.

For example, in your demo under Albums, if I click on the Weddings album, the image shows with arrows on left and right. I would like there to be a play/pause option for the images to autoplay. Same if you go to Gallery -> Thumbnails and click on an image…instead of just arrows, can the images auto play?

Hi Alex Ok…. I’m trying to get the information regarding image size but it isn’t letting me into the area saying I don’t have permission, apparently for the support area. I’ve attempted twice to register and it says it’s sending me an email that never comes. I purchased this theme and would simply like to get the information needed to get it going properly. How difficult does it really have to be to get your customers the information? This is not a great customer experience at all. I appreciate that growth can create an issue with support however lack of support can easily create an issue with growth. Don’t take paying customers for granted, get them the support they expect in a timely manner or I’m sure they will move on to a more helpful service. I have been trying to get information now for about a week and still getting only bits of what I need. This is a great looking Theme however the time spent waiting is making it less and less desirable. Thanks, Don

I’m really sorry about this stupid situation. It seems you could not receive the confirmation email because you’re not using the standard mail providers. It seems your mail box is configured with really strong spam protection, therefore our mails are getting into spam box. Please check your spam folders in your mailbox. And it seems I’ve verified your account in our support system a few days ago. So currently should be able to log in there with your credentials and submit your ticket.
