I purchased your theme as I loved the circles – I’m having problems with having the smaller circles under the 3 main circles display AS circles. They currently display as squares which is not what I wanted at all. I sent you the access info in an earlier email exchange & it looks like you haven’ had a chance to check into the problems. I’d really appreciate some help

Yes – you sent a one line response ‘For the portoflio: you need to put in a featured image to be viewed on portoflio. Check documentation.’

And yes, I had set to featured image multiple times & it’s not working/

I’m resending my very specific questions below – so far I’d give your customer support 1 out of 5 & I would really appreciate you taking the time – which will not be long – to see why the ‘featured image’ function is not working.

Here’s a more specific question – what page should I be setting the featured image on? The Portfolio page? & do I do upload the image into the post window & then choose ‘set to featured image’ there? or do I upload from the link on the lower right where it says ‘set featured image’?

I’ve checked under ‘Portfolio Page’ under Appearance to make sure that the option ‘Circles’ is clicked

Next problem, under Appearance here I have only 4 Portfolio Item Description lines to enter text although I have set the number of Portfolio Items to 8 on the Home Page Settings.

There does not seem to be an option for increasing the number of Portfolio Item Description lines to either 6 or 8.

I've spent more than 20 hours trying to figure out this one feature. I've tried every thing I can think of & the featured Portfolio images still don't show on the home page at all as either squares OR circles

Again, correct sign in info is in my email – which I have sent again- please check into this

If not, is it only some simple CSS changes or more than that?

Have purchased the theme and we are struggling with a few things using WP 3.5

1) The dummy data doesn’t make the site look like your demo – I really could do with this as it is a useful reference point. 2) Even with the box checked the portfolio images are square

Can I email you the admin log in so you can have a look for me?

Reinstalled – The dummy data worked this time but now I can’t access Theme Options – this menu is now empty. Going to reinstall again. If this doesn’t work I will have to install a new Theme for another developer.

Finally – after four attempts we have done it!

Really dissapointed with this theme. All the images are square rather than circular. Many of the plugins don’t function correctly and changing simple things such as fonts are a real pain.

I would not recommend this to anyone…

Hi I have Wordpress 3.5.1 and am making changes locally using MAMP but I’ve an problem (sorry for my English , I am french). The slider does not display in full, it is cut and I see only a part. thanks for your help

Hello. This morning I bought the template. I followed all instructions in the pdf, but the slider does not work. Is cut and the three circles of the cover, do not work well. Need a solution because I paid $ 40. thanks

I just purchased and made my first attempt to use the theme but I’m having issues. The Slider is only partially visible on the front page and I don’t see General, Home Page Setting, Home Page Display, Portfolio Page, etc on Option Tree (PAGE 7) to edit the theme. Can someone from your team jump into my account and take a look at the theme?
