First thanks for purchasing of our theme
Looking at the link I can say that you installed the theme correctly. Since is not used the theme launcher did not import settings and sample data.
In this situation, you have to manually make a theme configuration in accordance with the instructions in the theme manual. Partially already did that as I see.

I purchased your theme yesterday. I noticed that when I bought it, the Gantry version was at 1.16 and today the Gantry version is at 1.17. Which version of Gantry should I be using? Also, in my development environment, I am easily able to change the header background color within the Skin Creator by using the Header background color. However, when I installed the theme to production and try to change these colors, they just roll back to the defaults. Is this a permissions issue? Please advise.

We have already test newest version 1.17 (is published 9 hour ago) We notice any issues so you can still use 1.17. We update our theme package tooday.
Regarding problems with background seatings i write you via email to explain how to fix it.

Hello – I’ve been back and forth with tech support this morning but I haven’t gotten a response to my latest question. I have installed using all the proper and recommended steps, and I am able to log in the backend of the site, but the front displays this message:

Probably you must reinstall (something go wrong). I ask you via email access to your backend. Is hard to determine whats going wrong without view on file structure and admin panel.

Thanks. Of course it is possible. In our demo homepage is fully widgetized, but it can be change without problem with small change in Wordpress Settings/Reading .

So will that keep the slider up top and then list the blog posts? Or, will it only make the blog posts visual?
So what slider (if at all) will be displayed on the front page is set regardless of how content is displayed in main area.
So it is absolutely possible to set the home page layout as slider and blog feed together

Generally to edit contact form you should edit file:
wp-content/themes/amoveo/html/layouts/body_contactform.php
But if you want to easily configure your form you can always use Conact Form 7.

You can change it easy in admin panel in tab Skin Creator.
Here you have color chooser for text color in main content, header and footer separatelly.

First off, I love the theme. You can do so much with it
Secondly, i hope no one already has asked this (i know you probably hate when people ask the same questions over and over) but I noticed that on the preview the stuff that is on the home page (Solid Framework, Advanced Javascript…etc. all that stuff under the sliders) are not on any other pages. how do I make it to where they arent on all my other pages and just stay on the home page? Or how do i choose which can be on them or not? Hopefully this makes sense.

First of all, thank you for nice words
If I understand you are wondering how to set theme parameters to widgets appear on the front page will also show on other pages.
Our front page is build only from widgets (main content is off) and is build custom override for this layout assigned only to frontpage.
But of course if yo wish you can copy this widgets to default settings and they will be shown on all pages (of course, except for those to whom was assigned the override).
If I understand wrong, or if you will have any problems with this,please write me email via our profile. I send you more detailed explanation how to do it.

In package is additional folder only with updated (changed) files. Of course you should check if any of this files was adited by you self earlier and eventually copy changes.
But usualy this files are not edited so dont worry

Hello,
I am trying to modify the theme colors using the “Skin Creator”. When I make some changes (eg. change some hex #’s) and then click “Save Changes” I get this message “Default Settings have been saved.” and then the new styles I have changed just reverts back to the defaults.
Any thoughts?

Work prefectly.

I did change the wp_ to something else – is this the problem ?
Yes,
In this version of installer we dont provide possibility to change prefix (wp_ is harcoded in script), but we worsk on this:).
But Im happy that all works.
