Hello my website is www.majestivisionphotography.com. I purchased your theme but was wondering if there was an update that made it mobile friendly or could you suggest a company to use so that my mobile customers could view my work.

Thanks so much

Erica

Hi,

Sorry, it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support.

Hi, How can I install a nivo slideshow ? Do I have to manually put the files ont my server ? Or is there a way to make it in WP directly ?

Thanks

Hello, I purchased this theme years ago and now I want to purchase one of the others that you have, Anan use ”?gallery=Name” style to navigate and it has it’s own section inside WP for galleries, is there a way to transfer all the galleries inside WP to the other themes you have and change the urls aswell? Thank you.

Thank you. Unfortunately, Stellar has the new and advanced gallery system so ANAN gallery content can’t be used.

And export galleries to standard wordpress galleries? Thank you.

Sorry currently it doesn’t support that feature.

echo stripslashes(html_entity_decode($pp_footer_text));

I am using the Ken Burns Effect for my front page slider. I would like to slow the slideshow speed down some. I have tried to do this by making adjustments to the template-slider-kenburns.php file .. yet it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Ideas?

Thank you.

Nevermind. I found it in the Main Index Template (index.php) file.

When I activate the Jetpack package there is a conflict stopping the ‘blog’ page from loading. Are you aware of this conflict with the Anan theme and do you know how to solve it?

Hi,

I am trying to change the order of my Gallery items, so I looked in your documentation and found this:

Open ANAN admin > Galleries > Gallery sort by and ANAN admin > Homepage > Homepage Gallery sort by

But “Galleries” and “sort by” are not options that show up. Running the latest version.

What do I do?

Hi,

Please use this plugin. You can use drag&drop to order gallery items. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/

Hi,

I have installed the plugin, and it does not let me order items inside the gallery, and the “sort by” option in the ANAN interface is still not there.

Hello! Is this theme compatible with the current WP version (4.1.1)? One costumer want that I buy (and install) it for him, but I saw that the last update was 2 years ago!

Thanks :)

Hi,

Yes it support Wordpress 4.1.1

Hello, I also think if you want this theme to survive, you must fix responsiveness, last update 2 years ago :/ Should we wait for this update? Thanks

Hi there,

the theme is fabulous and served me well over the last 3 years. My question is the following:

Italics is not working in the theme’s pages or posts though you can see the changes in the WP Edit Page window. I can see the in the TEXT of the WP Edit Page window though as stated, it doesn’t show up when I hit the PREVIEW CHANGES. Is there somewhere in the Theme’s CSS I can add the code to make it work?

Please advise Thanks,

Peter

Hi,

Open /css/screen.css add
em
{
font-style: italic;
}

dear support team

I was going through your comments for the anan theme and two months ago, Peter asked the same question I have (please see below). unfortunately, there is no answer. are you planning to change the theme and make it more mobile friendly? as we are a little company, it would be very important to us.

thank you very much for your answer!

Love the layout. However, when I have the menu hang out on a permanent basis it covers 1/3 of the contact page. The portion that readers need to read. My website is www.russbrownphotography.com Is there any way to move the contact cell over so it is not obstructed by the menu?

Hi,

Sorry, it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support.

If you’re interested in hiring a developer for building out this custom features for you, we highly recommend to check out: Envato Studio

Drag and drop to order the images is not working in galleries?

EDIT: Nevermind, you drag-and-drop under the upload button.

I purchased this theme years ago for a client and now the google analytics code does not work. I checked that the google code UA-12977785-1 is posted in the correct location under the ANAM admin menu but it does not generate the code to the site – has something broken in that google code input filed. If I look at the code on the live site, sure enough the google anaylics code is not there – any help? Thanks Pauly

Hi,

Please enter full Google Analytic embed code instead of just ID please.

thank you for the quick reply. I’ll give it a try. You may want to change the instuctions for that in you next update where you enter the Google Analytic code because it says to just enter the ID and not the whole code.

Hi there,

What is the ideal width and resolution for pictures on the blog and on front page? I feel pictures on my blog are not Sharp at 850px width. Same for front page at 1350px width. All help appreciated!!

D.

Thanks for the info. But what is the correct size that pictures should be uploaded onto the blog and cover page? Any info on that? Much appreciated!

Tried installing the plugin and it messed up all the pictures on the site. Now nothing displays properly. Very disappointing!

Hi,

The plugin shouldn’t effect anything on old images on your site. I don’t think the issue comes from the plugin.
