HI – Your theme is working wonderfully for me. One thing I would like is a confirmation on the forms? I receive multiple emails from the same site visitor because the form never tells the user that their message has been sent. Is this in the works? Thanks Chris

You get 2 emails even if you click the send button once or only when user clicks the send multiple times thinking that the email might not have went successfully?

Regarding email delivery message, I will update the theme asap.

Updating logo via the theme options page doesn’t work for which the update has been already uploaded and will be available as soon as the update is approved by the reviewer.

You can contact me via contact form on my profile to get the updated files without waiting for the approval of the update.

I have managed to fix both the above issues, but it looks like the Java social in the top right doesnt have a minus sign to make it small again??

Hi,

The minus icon takes slight time to load when you first time click the plus icon as the plus/minus icons are not a sprite.

Try to refresh your website and see if it works now. If doesn’t then please share your website url with me and I will take a look at it.

I just tested your website in FireFox, Chrome and Safari on Mac and the minus sign shows up fine here.

Hi

On the main page where is shows the Portfolio how can you change it to now show all the portfolio icons but just the first category? Then have the 2nd and 3d so on?

The contact form works fine at http://fundjethemes.lucidstudios.net/anchors/contacts/. The only issue is that user doesn’t get confirmation message which I am aware of and will be fixed in next update.

Make sure that you have set email id in the Theme Options page for the contact form.

Yep you’re right, it works, but the update will be welcome since not only there is no message saying the operation was successful, but even the data remains in the fields. Like you did last time for the header.php file/logo issue, it would be appreciated if you let it know when the template-contact.php file is updated, instead of having to wait for the full update which I guess could take a moment…

About the effects of the Home Page slider that are not displaying properly in IE9, is it something you think can be fixed? Your answer would be highly appreciated.

IE9 doesn’t support most of css3 transition that’s it works like the way you see it.

The slider I am using in anchors theme is http://codecanyon.net/item/jquery-onebyone-slider-plugin/684613 and the same has been mentioned there by the author of the slider plugin.

Im actually having issues with viewing the site on mobile, it looks as if there is no responsive design to the site at all

Hi,

See the attributes list on the Item Details page on the right hand side and you will notice one of them as “Layout” with value fixed which means this theme is not responsive. If this theme was responsive then the value of “Layout” would have been “Responsive” and I would have mentioned in the details as well.

Hi, I have uploaded the new template-contact.php file but still the contact form doesn’t work properly since I get no message after hitting Submit and the data remains in the fields.

Are you sure the file has been updated? I see the date of the file is 2013-01-21.

Yes the file has been updated but only to show message when the form data is submitted. The form reset was not implemented.

I just compared the source code of the contact page on your website with the source code of contact page on live demo and it looks like that either you haven’t updated the template-contact.php or you are using some cache plugin do to which the contact page is not getting refreshed.

I did replace the file. But there is a problem. I download the last updated Anchor theme, unzip it, go to the template-contact.php file, look at the date it was modified for the last time and see Jan. 21st 2013, just like the previous version of the theme. Could you just provide me with the template-contact.php file at my email address (danny@kwebek.com), please ?

2 days later, should I understand that I will have to hire a programmer if I want this contact form to work properly? I don’t know if you understood what I said earlier, but the file (template-contact.php) you said was updated in fact was not. Please try it, go to the download page, download it, check it up. Same date, same code, same file.

Hi,

If you are talking about the top button with ”+” symbol and the sidebar menu then make sure that you have ticked the checkbox for the “Show Hidden Sidebar” option in the Appearance->Theme Options (General tab) page.
