Hi, this includes any file that explains how to change it? I mean the above date, titles, etc. And another question, it is possible to use in MailChimp?

I’m no so good in english too:) Yes, you can easily change the date, text in titles using PS. Template is well sliced and each slice is named. All you need to – this is to monitor the proper image file extensions. Then you must replace images with an existing images. Also you can read documentation for deepest knowledge.
P.S. I’ve didn’t optimized the template for integration with Mailchimp.
