My comments were meant to be as feedback.

Its great that you have found a solution and documented fix to issues, but surely, it would be more effecient to fix the bugs and repack them. Then all you have to do is get exisitng buyers to get the new version and all new buyers wont see the trouble. Instead developers are wasting time trying to debug know issues.

Next question, ask you in the forum, I would, but it seems I have to specifically ask to be invited, although you have already invited me and others.

Again, you know your template has problems, which buyers keep asking for support for, then why not just add us direct to the forum. Another wasted process for you to reply to us on ThemeForest telling us to go to the forum only to find out we have to ask you for user name and password.

This does not seem to be such a smooth process.

Simply fix the template and automatically add buyers to the forum will provide a better service and save time for all.

Hi Marbol2, I am having a lot of issues with your theme, and it’s extremely frustrating. I downloaded the theme about 4 days ago, and tried doing the quick install, which seemed to complete successfully. However, when I go to manage the template and try to change anything, including switching the logo from an image to text, or even try to clone the Default profile, nothing is happening. I mean, it wont save, it wont even let me select options from the drop down menu on the profiles listed under the profile tab.

I also noticed that if I go to Update & Help tab, it tells me that JA Extension Manager is not installed on my system. (Isn’t it supposed to be installed automatically when I do the “quick install”?) Anyway, I tried to download and install it manually, and when I do that, the system acts busy (as if it was installing), but then it stops and I get no confirmation that it has installed (I am guessing this is a bug somehow), and it doesn’t show up in my plugins, or change the status of the Update & Help tab.

Please help me get this working, or I am going to remain a very unhappy customer of your theme. I have played with it now for 3 days, and that’s just too much, especially when I am purchasing it. Again, please help me as soon as possible… it would be greatly appreciated.

In which Css. file can I size up the main font size? I want them to become 10 or even 12 pixel… but there are too many css so I do not know which one determines the font size, not the headers…just the simple text

It seems you need update cufon font for work in IE 9 . Work fine now!

Hi there I have had an error in syntax of SQL message when I’m trying to install by the quickinstall zip. I’m installing it on a virtual server (MAMP) on my mac. I’ve had no problem installing these quickinstall zips from theme forest before. The database is created ok but the error in the browser doesn’t let me go any further with the install. can you help? thanks Paula
