Hi, I’m a HUGE fan of Anthology and have purchased it for several clients’ websites. I have run into a problem though within the Anthology Options – Style Settings – Custom Theme Color. My specified color will not display when entered in the Custom Theme Color field. Is there a CSS over-ride I can specify that will make this work? I am on WordPress version 3.2.1

So the template as all of them look good / the support sucks must only be one person answering every couple days. the sad thing is they don’t read what you ask most of the time then the answers are really incomplete . I find a lot of things missing in the layout of the whole structure and was instructed by support to do things that would and should have been in it in the first place!
I can see that one of our support members has just posted a very detailed reply to your ticket, however if it is still not clear to you, please also refer to the documentation – we have included all the main set up instructions in there.
