I keep trying to login to your support site and it keep saying that my username is already registered, then when I try to go to password recover, it says my username is not registered. I have tried three different usernames, including my email address and themeforest username. I’m sure those aren’t taken, it seems there is some bug in your system?!?1 I need to try to figure out why my entire site is left aligned in safari and chrome, but not firefox. I am updated to WP3.6 & latest theme version. I need my site to auto center in various browsers & screen sizes.
the domain is www.islestylekeywest.com
the site looks fine on iphone & ipad, I am just concerned about the web viewing on the various browsers.
I can see that you have been registered with the Anthology theme on our support site a long time ago, so you already have the user registration – if for some reason the password reset is not working for you, can you please send me a private message by using our profile contact form, so I can manually reset your password and send it back to you. Thanks!
P.S. I had a quick a look at your site and I can see some invalid HTML in one of the custom footer widgets, so I would suggest temporarily removing the footer widgets (especially the ones in the 4th column) so you can see if this will fix it.
is this responsive?
The theme is not in a responsive layout, however it looks and works well on mobile devices. Also if you want you can take a look at our responsive themes: Mineral, Evermore, Expression and Photolux.
Any plans to make this one Responsive ? I like it – only concern is Responsive enabled. Thanks
While running Theme Check plugin your theme gave us many errors and we’ve also found it not to be compatible with WooCommerce. Any plans to remedy either of these issues?
We have a dedicated support system where all the Pexeto items support is handled, so can you please use our support system here:
P.S. Regarding WooCommerce – it sometimes ignores the theme’s structure and requires building a custom template for it – you can find the instructions on this page
Does this work with Wordpress 3.9?
Yes, it works with WordPress 3.9.
I use this theme.
Does this work with WPShop ?
I haven’t used this plugin before, so unfortunately I can’t really say for sure.
I understand. Thank for your quiclky answer. Do you know a ecommerce plugin that will work ?
I would suggest trying the WP eCommerce plugin, but just to let you know that you may have to apply some minor CSS changes to style/position some of the plugin elements.
Thank for this answer. But don’t work like a want. I use a other theme, already e-commerce. Thank you.
Moreover , do you think it’s possible to have a boxed type page. (i mean no slider and footer full width page)
There isn’t an out of the box option for that, but it might be easy to implement with a few CSS tweaks. If you would like to try that, would you mind opening a ticket on our support site here:
and also provide a link to the site where you try to implement this, to see if our support team can give you some direction to get started.
Update to WP >4.0?
The theme is compatible with WordPress 4.0, I have just updated the theme info.
Ty. I upgraded and WP4.0 works just fine with it
“There is a new version of Anthology Theme available. You have version 1.5.0 installed. Please update to version 1.5.0.”
How stupid is this? Please fix so the nagging stops until you guys actually release a WP 4.0+ compatible upgrade!
I have added this to my update list, so we’ll make sure to fix it in the next update – I’m sorry if it caused any inconvenience.
Regarding the 4.0+ upgrade – as I mentioned in my reply to your previous comment, the theme is compatible with WP 4.0 – at this point there aren’t any known issues.
I am having difficulty setting up the blog like you have it on your demo. Here is my example: http://jcrumpesq.com/blog/
P.S. You can find the instructions about how to set up the blog page in the Template Pages -> Blog/Index page section of the documentation.
