Hi,
Couple of bugs with a fresh install.
The “Footer Copyright Text” entry in the theme options doesn’t currently update the footer.
Workaround is to edit the footer.php directly.
Also the instructions give an incorrect size for the slider image, the size should be 600×300px and not what is stated?
Dan
Hey there,
Thanks for pointing these out I’ll them sorted and push an update out.
Cheers
Hi,
It would be great if the caption items on the front page;
“What We Do” and “Latest From The Blog”
Were editable from within the theme options.
Cheers
Dan
Good point, I’ll include that in the update.
Thanks
Hi
Can you tell me if this theme can be used on a Multi Site install of Wordpress
Thanks
PD
Hey there,
The demo site is on a multi-site install of WordPress so yes, it works perfectly
Thanks
Not really unfortunately.
Thanks
Ok! And a not so simple solution?
The not so simple solution is a bit too lengthy to try post here. Best way off the top of my head would be to create a shortcode for it.
Thanks
Hello Chris
I am also having the same issue with the logo, i have uploaded it via the theme options but it doesn’t seem to be showing up on the home page and shows on all the other pages, very strange, did you find out how to fix?
Kind regards
Hey there,
Try adding this to your Custom CSS box in the theme options:
#header #logo img {display:block;}Let me know if this fixes your issues.
Thanks
How do I replace flicker with instagram?
Hey there,
A quick way to do it would be to edit the social icon sprite image in the /images/ folder of the theme.
Thanks
Hi Chris,
Is there any way of making the logo resizable? I’d prefer it to be 400px wide, 300 min, but in mobile format it hangs off the side.
Thanks
Hey there,
Could you email me via my profile with a link to your site so I can take a look?
Thanks
Hi,
Section 2.4.4 of the documentation mentions a “Custom Video Widget” but on a clean install this is missing from the available widgets under; “Appearance / Widgets / Available Widgets”
Please advise how to enable this.
Dan
Hey there,
Ah, I think that part of the documentation may be there by mistake (from a previous theme). The widget needed some work for responsiveness so was removed for my latest themes. It’ll most likely be re-introduced at a later date.
In the meantime a quick search and this widget might be useful for you: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/video-widget/
Also is it possible to create a href link for slider images?
Thanks in advance
Bridie
Hey there,
I’ve had a few people request this, so it’s at the top of the list for the next version (which I hope to get out soon).
Thanks
Hi
I also would like the sliders to link off to a URL as per bridieamelia’s request.
I’ve currently got round this by adding a URL into the slider caption but it’s a little ugly.
Dan

Hi,
While you’re adding cool stuff to your next release a place to add analytics code via the theme options would be a nice touch.
Cheers
Dan
Hey Dan,
There’s a ton of plugins available for adding analytics code to your website. (This one is particularly good: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/)
I wanted to keep the theme options as clean as possible
Thanks
hi is there a way of adding my own background ? also changing colour of the header ?
Hey there,
For adding your own background you’ll need to edit style.css and the body{} selector. Changing the color of the header can be done with the color picker in the theme options (under style options).
Thanks
one last thing chris i can’t seem to change the colour of the What we do box on the home page can’t find it in the style.css anywhere
thanks
Hey there,
It’s:
h3.deco span.innerThanks
Can I just say thanks Chris for your swift replies. Looking forward to the next upgrade
Hi,
Having issues, I cannot update the theme options at all. When I enter a logo and save, it resets to nothing. Also when I change colours in the style tab same thing, defaults back to default colours.
I have reinstalled twice, tried on a fresh install but still no luck.
Can you please advise otherwise this theme is useless.
Thanks
Hey there,
Sounds like an odd issue, could you send me a message via my profile with your WordPress Admin/FTP details so I can take a look for you?
Thanks
Hi Chris,
I sent a email to your profile page, but didn’t receive anything, can you please reply as we want to work on the site asap.
Hey there,
It’s been the weekend, support is handled Monday to Friday, 9-5 GMT . We all need a break sometimes
I’ll get to you ASAP .
Thanks
Hi Chris, a few more issues:
1. The drop down menu boxes disappear (mouse doesn;t meet up?) in Chrome, Opera and Firefox. Okay in Explorer, but that’s all I’ve checked.
2. The mobile format doesn’t QUITE resize small enough for iPhone 3GS (that is also all I’ve checked)
3. 404 doesn’t format to match changes, is it possible to automate this?
4. In Opera, the slider is slightly dropped.
Hope this helps! Kinda REALLY need issue #1 fixed if I can keep using this theme ASAP :)))))
Cheers Bridie
Hey there,
Thanks for reporting these. I’ll take a look at all the issues you’ve mentioned. Keep an eye on @swishthemes for news of updates.
Thanks
Oh and one last one (!!) – the drop down menu isn’t working in the mobile resize….thanks
Hi,
I love this theme, nice, simple and easy to use. I was wondering if there was any way to remove the automatic resizing of images on the single-st_portfolio pages? The rest of the layout is great, but the resizing is drastically reducing the quality of my images and making them look blurry.
Thanks.
Hey there,
You may want to look into changing the quality that WordPress compresses your images: http://www.benjaminbradley.com/stop-wordpress-from-compressing-jpgs/
Removing the automatic resizing would probably break your images so the above link is your best bet.
Thanks
Hi, like the theme, nice and simple and seems great for creative agencies. Just wondering is there the functionality to add a video on the homepage rather than the images in the slider?
If you can then I’ll be snapping this up for a new site of mine.
Hey there,
There’s no built in functionality, but it’s a pretty simple customization.
Thanks
After updating the theme the thumbnails for Portfolio items are too wide when viewed on mobile. Also the title of ‘Related entries’ overlaps the footer on Portfolio pages when viewed on mobile.
Hey there,
Try regenerating your thumbnails using this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If that doesn’t work, please send me a message via my profile with a link to your site with admin details so I can take a look.
Thanks
Tried using that plugin to regenerate the thumbnails, same thing happens. Tried deleting thumbnails and re-adding, still too wide. Also thumbnails now appear in single Portfolio posts, how do I turn that off?
my site is http://d5media.co.uk/
Hey there,
Please email me via my profile with your WordPress admin details and a copy of your problem and I’ll see if my fix will work.
Thanks
