Does the newsletter subscription form work with MailChimp?
I believe that MailChimp allows customization of the subscription form. So yes, it should work just fine
Hey, i am having an issue with the fancybox plugin. I would like it to play a video from youtube however after i have inserted the url and click the play video button it shows the loading wheel and does nothing.

That is for full screen youtube. I am unable to get youtube working in the first place.
There is an update coming for which I have included support for YouTube videos

I am doing both android and iphone development…and I think this is starting to be the case for many developers.
It would be cool if you let me choose between an iphone or an android phone (pick a model).
Do you think that you could allow the selection of the picture? Just keep the same phone dimensions and display a different picture.
Maybe on the WP setup, you select the phone to display.
Could you do this?
Also, with the regular license, do I get the .psd files (so I could change the phone)? ... though I would prefer the above.
You then wouldn’t be limited to just iphone, and you could provide people with two interfaces.

This is something I will take a look at, when I will release an update to the theme.
The file includes .psd file of the phone, so if you have some basic Photoshop skills, it’s really simple to just replace the iPhone with some other model
What is that actionscript file it links to?
You mean the video? It’s just an example video from Adobe. The lightbox can handle also images and other content

I tested the mail form ( contact us) and it works, but the subscribe to newsletter form NOT working for some reason. Are there any settings for the subscribe button other than what is in sendmail.php?

The newsletter form doesn’t include any further functionality. I have styled it to use for example with newsletter services like MailChimp and Campaign Monitor, which allow using customized forms, I believe.
I will consider adding some basic functionality to the newsletter form too, when I will update the theme in the future

Can subscribe to newsletter be used as an email? When a user subscribes, new subscriber email will be sent to the email address of the site admin.
What changes do I make to the file to make it work that way instead?

If you have some basic knowledge of PHP , you could use a modified version of the PHP file used for the contact form.
I will consider adding some basic functionality to the newsletter form for the upcoming updates of the theme

I’ve purchased the App Showcase 1.1 premium theme and it’s a great template.
I would like to restrict the width of the “Message” resizable text box in the “Contact” tab. However, I still want to be able to resize the height. Just not the width.
What do I need to change for this to be possible?

The resizing of the text boxes is actually a feature of the latest browsers. It’s not defined in the code of the theme. However it is possible to disable the feature. Take a look at this article, it should be helpful: http://davidwalsh.name/textarea-resize

Please help!! Where is the hover over the BUY app where it say’s the 1.99 on the App Store, then states the version, etc…I need to update this asap, and can’t find the HTML code for it. Is there a hover image?

Thanks for the help. I was wondering if there was anyway to hide, remove, or change the horizontal line of spirals on the top left of the screen.

Whenever I click on them, they disappear but the youtube video does not pop out nor do the screenshots pop out as well.

You have made something to break up the code. Take a look at the demo, there are no spirals.
Validate the code you have modified and fix the errors you have made

Thanks but what do you mean by validate the code? I used Seamonkey (WYSIWYG) to edit the template and I edited it to where I think everything looks great but those spiraling things… (i wish they were gone)
Also over the Appstore image how do I change the text it says the app is $1.99 but actually its .99

To change the tooltip text, take a look at the comment above
By validating the code I mean that you use a HTML validator like this http://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input to check that there are no errors on the code. Hopefully this helps you
