Portfolio links don’t seem to work, is there a fix for this issue?

Yes, the theme is fully responsive and looks great on any tablet. I have submitted a bug fix yesterday which fixed a small bug with the menu when viewed on a tablet which is online now and fixed.
Unfortunately you can’t link to a larger image unless you post the images in the main content area, like so: http://prothemeus.com/demo/appster/portfolio/steampunk-playing-cards/
You would need to implement a plugin like PrettyPhoto yourself or through a developer.
With actual theme demo pages, do you mean an XML file that you can import? Not yet, but if requested on my support forum I could make an exception and release the file. Whether it’s privately or publicly.
I think the documentation (11 pages) is quite clear on how to set up the theme including the use of shortcodes etc. But if you are in need of more support, feel free to post your question after verification of your purchase.

Hello I have some questions about this theme if you could answer.
1. Is it possibly to build the homepage to how I would like it and choose how many column modules I can have on it? For example I dont wish to have the tab module on the homepage but I would like a 2 column and a 3 column layout and want to be able to choose what I would like on the page

Thanks for your interest! Yes, you are able to modify the homepage as much as you want by using column shortcodes. Everything below the slider (in the dark section at the top) can be modified to your liking. The tab module is a shortcode so it’s very easy to add or remove. If you have anymore questions, please let me know.

1. You mean as full width as in that it’s as wide as your monitor? That would require some help of an experienced developer.
2. The theme comes with 3 skins that can be very easily changed in the backend. If you would like custom colors, you would also need an experienced developer.
Appster child error same as neiljkrishnan
I seriously am loving this theme aside from one HUGE problem. It’s automatically resizing embedded YouTube videos from 16:9 aspect ratio down to 4:3 (leaving big ugly black margins on the top and bottom). Please tell me there’s a quick fix?

In what spot do you mean exactly? It only makes use of a resizing script on the single portfolio page which be inserted in two ways; (1) you embed the video code in the content area with your own custom size (2) you link the video url in a meta box and it will show on the rightside.
If you really want to use specific video sizes, you would have to tweak the theme just a tiny bit.
I went into foundations.css and took out the max width/max height codes and the youtube embeds work fine now, but I can’t figure out why the right sidebar content is showing up all the way down below all my content. My site is nerdinja.com, if you wanted to take a look.

Yes but not out of the box. While I can’t help you with modifications, my suggestion to you is to learn the basics of HTML and CSS , your issue can be fixed in seconds.

Everything is possible but you would have to get an experienced developer to do this as it’s a customization which we do not support.
Scripts have stopped working on Appster. If you check out ecsonline.org. Using several pre-built functionalities from Appster and where ever a script/jQuery is used, it doesn’t work. Site has been working fine the past few months since launch and the issue appeared a couple of days ago Have not touched the code. Please advise if you can and tell me what went wrong. Need to fix asap.

This is simply because jQuery has been updated, you will need to download and re-install the theme as it has been updated. I see that you have modified the theme extensively, so you will have to update jQuery manually to get everything working again. More information on the support forum.
Is this a Retina theme? I can’t find any mention of hi-res, low-res, Retina, etc. on the sales page.

This isn’t a retina theme and there are currently no plans to make it compatible.

I realized that my problem was that I was not using the shortcode to insert a slider on my home page. I was using the slider post type. Anyway, it’s working as I expected now. Thanks!
