I would like to purchase this item as it looks like a good base for something I am working on, however, when I view the live demo on my iphone it doesn’t appear to be ‘responsive’ it looks the same as it does on computer..? Is this theme responsive?
Sure it is, please make sure you remove the ThemeForest Frame on top, that sometimes interferes with the responsive mode getting on.

I have a client who wants a website comprising entirely dark colours.
How are background, menu, font colours and background images changed in the theme? Would any of these colour or background changes be over written if the theme is updated?

Hi Pete,
Obviously you would need to do the appropriate (darkening) CSS updates to the CSS file of the theme, when updating at a later point you would need to simply merge your changes with any updates made to the CSS core theme file – nothing major with a free program like Winmerge.

I´m developing a site for another language, and it would be really useful if in future versions we can modify the text and headings for the Contact us / Portfolio pages, and also add text before and after the contact us form.
For the time being I´ve modified the contact.php file to look how I need it, but updates to the theme will overwrite my changes.
Also thanks! This is an awesome theme, so easy to use, and my client has picked up all the shortcodes without any problems. Keep up the good work!

Sure, custom backgrounds can be uploaded as well + you can set their repeat and position properties. Ya, shortcodes work for the portfolio Post Type as well! Thanks for your interest!

There are a few small things that I need help with;
1. on your next update would you add the linkedin logo please ? or tell me how to add it so it will be in keeping with the theme style.

3. With the slider is there anyway way of adding in a mailchimp style newsletter sign up box ?

1. It’s on the list already and will probably make it to a theme update soon. 2. Which feature namely are you talking about? 3. You must check with Revolution Slider, not sure if it allows forms to be added to it’s layers.

Hi, I am wondering the best way to upgrade 1.1 to 1.2 without re installing the theme.
I have replaced the .php files as you stated in the documentation that you have updated with no problems – I cannot see the 500 new icons that you have implemented in the latest 1.2 download. Any thoughts?

Hi,
There are 2 ways to install a theme update. 1. Physically remove the files from your server (remove the folder \wp-content\themes\Aqua), then install the new theme. 2. Unzip the Aqua.zip to your desktop, and copy the files over the directory on your server ”\wp-content\themes\Aqua”
Make sure you make a backup of your previous install, just in case you have done some CSS change or you have altered some other file and you want to merge with the new version file later.

What is the default RSS feed link? I’ve added /feed in my website and the url is invalid.

Why is that that when you hoover on the “search” textbox the textbox just expand and all social icons are shifted to the left? I would like to have the search textbox field fixed in lenght. Possible?

Yes, this requires basic to intermediate CSS knowledge, you just need to get your header out of the wrapper div, run it at 100% then have whatever is inside in another div that is the width of the wrapper. Let me know if you get stuck once you purchase I will help you out.

First you need to edit your ”\Aqua\header.php” and remove this line around line 147:Then in your ”\Aqua\stylesheets\stylesheet.css” replace all “Open Sans” occurences with Arial and you are good to go
I like this great theme! Unfortunately my customer needs icons in different sizes and sometimes with a circle around. Second thing we need is a shortcode for a FAQ-Site (with categories)... Upsetting… Anyone else with this requirements?

Fell in love with this theme. Wanted a quick and easy corporate theme, but this theme is so attractive and easy to customize, I may use it for some review/commerce sites as well. The short codes are to die for!
