i love your theme, nice and clean.

Is it a way to have front banner associated with language. Presently is the same banner for my both language.

thanks

Hi,

This is a shortcoming of OpenCart’s core, luckily there are some solutions out there you can find useful.

Hi there,

Can you help me to modify a custom-made open cart extension that has template issues with the Aquacart template I bought from you?

My Skype: lennartdevries2

Thanks.

Best regards, Lennart

H iLennart,

We do not customize third party software at the moment, thanks for your interest.

Hello Blue,

I need your help please.

I need to know how to show the “AquaCart – Front Page Banners” on the mobile theme; what should I add to make it show?

Thanks

blueowlcreative

Sure, check this out in your stylesheet.css:

.custom_banner {
display: none;
}

Blue,

The code already exists on the under the mobile theme, how can I use it to show the three banners in your theme when accessing the website via mobile?

I’m sorry I’m not that much of CSS guru :)

Thanks

blueowlcreative

Simply remove it! ;)

Hi, how do I remove the subcategory images please?

For example, when I click on a category, under ‘Refine Search’, I just want it to list the sub categories – I don’t want images for each one.

Thank you :)

blueowlcreative

Hi again, you need to modify your category.tpl template… you could easily remove the images there. :)

Hi – I’ve just bought your theme – is it possible to change the backgroung of the second menu item to a different colour – I’ve tried nth-child but I cant get it to work, could you let me know how to do this please.

Thanks

blueowlcreative

Sure, try this out (presuming you are using the dark menu style)

.dark_menu #menu > ul > li:nth-child(3) > a {
background: blue;
}

:)

Thanks – thats got it, it was on the custom menu but I figured that bit out. Is there any documentation on the custom slider that is installed?

blueowlcreative

Hi,

Not really, you can see all of its options here though:

Hi, I am using this template for a website I built 1 year ago which has approx. 400 products in its catalog.

My customer is asking me to enlarge the thumbnails in the product list which have a default size of 140×140px

What happens if I change this value? Will new thumbnails be automatically created for the products already in the catalog? Or will the existing thumbnails be kept as they are and enlarged using the width and height parameters in HTML?

Is a new, larger size compatible for this template?

Thanks!

blueowlcreative

Hi,

OpenCart renders the images’ sizes at runtime so you should be fine by just setting new sizes in your admin. :)

Default-user

Thanks blueowlcreative. I could increase it up to 180×180, then with a larger size the grid display got messed up.

Can you help changing the catergory options to grid view, I’ve tried all the links on this comment page but its still loading up as list view for new visitors, any ideas?

Default-user

Spoke too soon – It seems to be working on some catergories but not others?? this is one its not working on – a tubchair website Tub Chairs

Default-user

...Just an update if you land on that page and then click another catergory and then go back to that page it changes to grid – its only on the first view that it is in a list format?? If you then clear your cookie cache and return the catergory it is back in list form.

blueowlcreative
Actually your logic seems a bit wrong, I just now noticed, it should be more like:

view = $.totalStorage('display');

if (view) {
    display(view);
} else {
    display('grid');
}

That arrow that makes the product list scroll to the sides is not working. My protudos are static.

blueowlcreative

Again… check your Modules->AquaCart – Store Settings. Then make sure the Sliding products is Enabled and you have more than 5 products for a module! :)

Default-user

Sliding products is active! But is not working

blueowlcreative

Please send me your credentials via my profile page and I will take a look. :)

is it possible to set the position of language and payment like at the top ?

blueowlcreative

Yes, you can change the positioning a bit to get them up there. A few lines of simple CSS. :)

Default-user

is that difficult?

blueowlcreative

Nope, I can help you with it too… :)

How do I install this? is there a manual I missed?

blueowlcreative

The manual is within the package you downloaded from TF! :)

hi, confirm 2 points. 1, Does it have quick view function? 2, When magic zoom at product main image, could I control the zoom area to show outside?

blueowlcreative

Hi,

1. No. 2. Yes, by editing the custom product.tpl a bit. I can also help with that.

Hello ;)

Great theme ;)

But i have a one small problem ;) how can I hide the number of products in the module category (as in demo site) ?

thanks for your help

blueowlcreative

Hi,

This is simply an option in the admin panel. Search for “Category Product Count” in the Settings->Option. :)

There seems to be a layout issue with the footer. It displays fully on home page but leaves a bank gap on any other page. Would you care to advise a quick resolve on this issue?

So what page do you see this blank gap and where is this gap, I clicked around on some pages, all seems well… :)

Any other page except the Home page where it displays ok. It seems this is happening on Chrome. Firefox renders all pages ok

Hello,

Aquacart is compatible with Pav MegaMenu ?

have a nice day ;)

Default-user
GreUms Purchased

ok ;)

Maybe you know a module “menu” advanced, compatible with this theme?

(I want to display multiple level category. With the default menu that is not possible I think)

thanks for your help

blueowlcreative

Hi there, not really familiar with third party modules, you can even achieve this with the default custom menu but you will need to modify the core a bit in order to accommodate 3-rd level navigation.

Default-user

;) my coding level is very low

have a nice day ;)

I am getting an error on the search bar

Undefined variable: search in /home/c2it/public_html/catalog/view/theme/aquacart/template/product/search.tpl on line 15

Can you help?

blueowlcreative

Hi there,

You are most likely not using the correct version for your Opencart installation, please read at the bottom of the theme description page which version is right for your OC, or in your documentation! :)

Hello Blue ;) how are you? :D i have 2 question 1.how to modify it. Success: You have added ======== to your shopping cart! 2. how to add 3 level of top menu.

thanks

blueowlcreative

Hi,

The success message should be in your language files: \catalog\language\english\checkout\cart.php

As for the level of navigation, by default OC doesn’t support a 3rd level of navigation. If you are comfortable with coding you can add one yourself by modifying the core a bit:

http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?t=42503#p205711

Then mod the header.php in order to list them, a few CSS modifications and JS will also be needed. Good luck.
