Is it possible to place a video in the slide banner ?
The slider used in the Arche theme is the Layer slider plugin. yes you can use the video in the layer slider.

Yes, the demo slides are included in the package but the other images used in the theme are not included. As they are purchased from Shutterstock and we don’t own their reselling/redistribution rights.

Yes. there are background pattern available through which you can select the light , dark and other background you want to have.
This is the worst support forum I’ve ever seen, and nobody answer to my ticket. The template has a lot of wrong things; for example, the quote bar doesn’t work, and the slider in the mobile version is really bad.

Hi Guys, has anyone of you updated thi theme before? I have an issue on my website and the response from support is update the THEME with new version, the thing is they dont explain what to do inorder to avoid my setting being over written. Can anyone please help?

4 days ago and no solution; there are a lot of mistakes in this template, like this one:
Shrink the web browser or look your page in the mobile, and you will see that the “Service-Block” is wrong, the columns are not responsive.
And the logo in the mobile is not linked over the image.
And the background is wider than the header and the footer in the mobile version.
And no solution.

URGENT! How can I reduce the height of the header and remove transparency? Secondly how can I make the homepage slider start below the header and not under it (the header floats on top of the slider)

When setting up services the service URL is not being saved for some services, that means when users click on a service nothign happens. what should i do to ensure that a service URL is being saved? Where is this data stored int he MYSQL DB so that i can change ti directly in the tables, i hava tried looking but so far no luck.

having the same problem that most people are having…save button will go on forever without saving…images will be undefined and 404 are throw in the Arche admin panel…I have created a ticket…#770496 I haven’t seen any responses so far that show a direct fix. Please response.
