any ideas whats causing this when “more news” button is pressed?

How do I show the Blog posts upon clicking the text (Blog more links)? I name it as More blog posts.

I am having difficulties uploading icons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the home page. When i try to upload it on the screenshot it doesn’t give me an upload option. I am not too savvy with PHP so how can i edit this on the index.php file. What format should i use? i have the images in my library sample: http://webbclick.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/j0442141.png the link to my site is webbclick.com. Thanks for your help!

Love this theme! So far no issues except for the first flyout after the dropdown…it’s causing the height of the dropdown hover item to be 12 pixels taller. Any ideas?
