It’s really fascinating theme that I’d like to almost buy, but I have one question.

Is there any function that I can add footer on this theme?

Including footer is necessary option for me…...

Unfortunately Arctic does not support a footer because there is the option to have a menu on bottom and there’s no space for a footer.

I got this template; and had so many problems; i asked for refund but they did not care; they took the money, and i m not using their product at all from the first time :) i didn’t know they were dying for 50 dollars; i could just donate them instead; very cheap and unfriendly serive

At our support forum there is no-one with this username, so how it is come that you gave up without opening any ticket at our forum.

Another thing is do you think 1221 other people are stupid, because no-one else had that amount of problems with Arctic as you are describing.

It seems pretty fine to me, you got your answers and your problems where with your Server so why are you complaining about Arctic ?

Onto the customization part we do help users a lot, but it comes to the point sometimes we have to refuse them, that’s why Arctic costs only 55$ otherwise for a service like this one you would be charged by hours.

I had problems from the first time; I got this service with your UmbreallaStudio PROFILE page; there was a small add “Get help for our themes, REQUEST FREE INSTALATIONS, report bugs”

I asked for help, there were bugs, and also you could help me to do FREE instalations; but on top of that on the right bottom side you have “Email UmbrellaStudios” and I emailed you twice; you did not get back to me; after I said i want refund to your Admin in Support Forum; he said good luck :) I am doing business too; I know when customers are not happy; but with your service as i said; just because of 55 dollars; you have showed your business perspective

Well we responded your tickets, and on the item support tab you clearly saw where you should go ahead for support.

You can see than the problem was with your server, so how come that you are complaining about Arctic, you could not even install it on your server ?

Why should we support something that is not our property, as the server hosting and stuff is up to user ?

So can you tell me exactly what was the problem with Arctic ?

PS : Your tickets are responded within 24 hours which is almost perfect as no-one else will reply quicker.

:) my host was ok; don’t you understand; they replied before even you did faster than your service; i am not being kid; also i dont like to discuss these kind a problems.. its ok take the 50 dollars; i m just saying how cheap you are; there was a bug somehow, it didnt work first; but why didn’t you get back to “Email UmbrellaStudios” support? and as i said i m not using your template at all, i had problems and you were not clear and after you get the money; you could offer me to do the free installation “which is in your profile page”.. You are still trying to find excuses.. Whatever I say or bring, you will find a way :))) some people are self-interested and stuck up..

From the last ticket I see you had host problems, and we have no reason to keep sticking with the excuse of hosting, and you can see that from our other users feedback.

Into the e-mail thing you had no reason to stick there also, you could go to the item support tab and see where you should be directed to get support response.

As for the support delay we can’t reply faster than 24 hours, and this meets the top standards here.

This is not about the money, this is to clarify what was the problem in order to prevent that on other users case.

So if you are interested to solve the problem you can count on our will to do so, but if you are just mad because the all customization you wanted was not done than we can’t do nothing to stop your complains but at least make a point and be specific about the case as the word “It does not work” can be your fault too.

its ok, i m not a fighter; i cant deal with your service; and i have not used your template; after problems i gave up.. there are thousands of companies that show how to be in top standards ; not just REPLYING messages :)) specially in Europe.. anyways, as i said you will always find way to bring up stuff to cover; the most important thing for business is to make customers happy; i am not happy; thats all..

We can’t just agree with your complains, and I think my arguments are valid, unless you have a fact or a solid argument why our service is not good.

It is ok not to be happy, but I should mention that we done almost everything to make your happy on a reasonable format.

So either be specific on the problems you had with our theme or please stop complaining saying that our service is bad as this is a Cliché.

And you should be a fighter if you think you are right.

So for the sake of our maturity tell us exactly the problem you had with Arctic, a specific error a screenshot.

Well if you are not happy for no reason than we can’t do nothing about that.

We did not ignored your messages, we tried to communicate with you, we tried to install Arctic but your server was limited to 2MB upload and we asked you to increase that limits because with WordPress logins is impossible to do that.

And this is the point where we can’t do nothing to make you happy.

As for the refund process, Envato is the one which is doing the sale part, so you should direct your request to them.

There are companies which do refund, but they have those refund policies, and since Arctic is a healthy, good working theme you can use that for you’r web-site if you want, and it will work, in the same condition we advertised, which means on a custom one we can’t guarantee you.

Name 1 single problem you had with Arctic and this conversation will end, just name 1 problem Arctic has, I mean 1 problem the theme has not your server or anything else at all.

As for the refund, please understand that Envato is the one who does the selling part, we are just an exclusive author there, so please open a ticket at their support and ask them for refund, and also tell them the issues you had with Arctic and if there are issues they will disable it.

To post a “ticket” on the forum I need to verify my item purchase code, however when I enter my purchase code into the VERIFICATION box it says “Not Verified”. Yes it does, but you have to place the Language Switcher on Menu only.

And you have to disable ajax from Options.

Than this is somehow a problem caused by something which is not part of Arctic, as Arctic does not have such a functionality to add or delete posts, this is handled by WordPress.

ok… there’s another thing though, when I’m creating a post it let you choose the language you are creating it. But when you are creating a portfolio there’s no possibility of choosing the language, that means that it’s not possible to translate the portfolio part? if you want to check I can send you the credentials

i think it’s not from wordpress but the theme itself that does not support WPML and/or Wordpres 3.9, please confirm as it’s the first time it happens to me this in a theme.

If the theme does not support WPML it wont display Languages on Front-end.

The Area where you add new posts is something which WordPress handles and the theme has nothing to do with that part.

Yes, default page templates support sidebars there.

And the menu can be configured on top or bottom for all pages, you can have a different menu location on a specific page.

I have a little problem, i don’t know how to add description to my project page in portfolio in this theme. When i click on the icon “project_info” . In the sample page i see text: “The aim of the project was to create a brand positioning and a new visual identity for Valsta Centrum and its surroundings, creating cohesion between the different sites and differentiation towards other centers in the area. The new Valsta will include a new shopping center, residential buildings” (left box after click) What I have to do to write my description for my projects?

I am trying to use the visual composer with your theme (http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431) sometimes the layout is fine then again it doesn’t lay the content out (no columns etc.) so apparently the visual composer works then again it doesn’t :-( do you have any experience with this plugin and your theme? This is not an issue with Arctic, it is something which Vimeo Video Player does when screen size is different than the video size.
