Hi peerapong, i noticed that individual posts require that set a featured static background image, but the featured image also shows up in the post. Is there a way the featured image doesn’t show up in the blog post?

Hi Peerapong. I did what you said and deleted the lines of code which solved that problem. The problem im having is that the featured image is both the background and the featured image for the post on the blog page. What i really want is the posts to inherit the same background as the blog PAGE, so that all of them have the same background. Is this possible?

1. My posts aren’t showing pictures that are inserted.
2. The default featured image girl is driving me crazy. If I set a solid color jpg as the background then it posts that to the blog in a rectangle box.
3. I’ve seen others with this issue and you tell them to “Open single.php remove line 251 to 256” I went into my C panel, opened that single.php file in the code editor and deleted 251 252 253 254 255 256 and then the page went missing from the internet completely.
I restored the original single.php file and now I have the same issues from 1&2. I’m so frustrated, please help me.
1. Did you mean on blog page? Because on blog page it’s only display short text content. All contents display on single post page.
2. You can upload page background image using “set featured image”.

Hello, Just trying to set up my first portfolio and under “Select content type for this portfolio item:” there is no image option as it says there is in the manual. Am I missing something here?
Also What do you recommend for image size? I know ppi shouldn’t mater but then I read blogs that it does when it comes to retina

Sorry the screenshot is incorrect. Portfolio content support video and external link only.
You can use gallery for image contents. I recommend images at 1024px resolutions.
Yeah noticed a lot of typos! Might want to fix that, I spent hours trying to figure it out!

Sorry thumbnails is not support for Artemis. It’s design decision.
I need some help with several things. For example; the logo of Artemis in de upperleftcorner , i want to place my own logo there. I tried and i tried but i can’t seem to fix it. I tried it in theme settings and upload my logo but no result. I even tried it in de header.php but again no result.

ok, i did that but now is the logo of Artemis gone but is shown now a ? . But when i insert my logo it is not shown at the place where the logo of Artemis was but on the slideshow. that’s not what i want. How can i correct this? (sorry for the lausy english)

Hi there, I have a huge problem on my website with this template. Everything worked fine until I got a few problems 2 weeks ago. My website is: http://www.bewegungsunschaerfe.de
The problem is, that the photos on the startpage doesnt load anymore and I am not able to see the submenu under the section “portfolio”. When I am into wordpress I am not able to change the menu with drag and drop and I am not able to upload photos anymore because the window where I can choose the photos which I want upload doesnt open. Where is the problem? Everything worked and I didnt change anything.

It’s your server file permission issue. NOT THEME ISSUE.
Please re install FRESH Wordpress and theme. Some files are broken.

The latest version of theme which fix issues on Wordpress 3.5 is available to download.
Download from Themeforest > your account > downloads and replace all theme’s files and folders using FTP account with the new version.

Hi, Thank you for this great theme. I have a question. When I am in Chrome or FIrefox on a mac, the page content seems to be wider than the page container. So on templates ‘fullwidth page’ and ‘sidebar page’ the right hand side of my page content crashes in to the right hand edge of the page. Any ideas?
love the theme! i am however having issues with the mobile side of things. the theme will not show up on an ios device (have tried safari / chrome / firefox). url pulls up m.webaddress.com and page says “we’re sorry. there is no such site”. is there a way to disable the mobile address or make it work?please advise. thanks!

Hi, I bought this theme specifically to be used for my photography website and am in the process of setting it up. I want my page which is called client viewing to include multiple galleries and each of those galleries will be password protected so clients can’t access another client’s gallery. So far I do not see where I can do this. Your theme says it offers password protected galleries so can you tell me how to do this?

Hi Peerapong, I did read the manual. Maybe I didn’t ask my question clearly enough. I want to have a page called Client Viewing that lives on the menu bar and when people click on the client viewing page (unpassword protected) multiple galleries live inside that page. If they click on a gallery then it prompts for a password.
I am able to password protect the gallery and I can password protect the page just fine. The issue is putting multiple galleries on the client viewing page. As well, even if I’ve password protected the gallery when I go to client viewing page all of the images show up. It’s not really password protected.
Sorry It doesn’t support that. I will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers. Generally speaking, if it’s not in the demo then it’s not in the theme.
That’s the reason I bought it and it says it supports password protected galleries. Can I get a refund? I’m a photographer and need that functionality. All this time I’ve spent setting it up has now been wasted. You shouldn’t market a photography website template and not have the ability to have multiple client galleries.

You are talking about refund – well, you can try but I am afraid you would need to read the refund terms and conditions again. The theme is perfectly working, and 1,200+ purchasers could confirm that.
How can I change the configuration of the Supersized slider? Thought it was gallery-template-f .. But I cant see changes ?
