Download from Themeforest > your account > downloads and replace all theme’s files and folders using FTP account with the new version.
I am having problems uploading photos. It says it is loaded and then it says crunching and gets stuck. Do you know what that is and whay it gets stuck?
Could you try to reduce your image file size or contact your webhost please. They should be able to see error logs.
I’m having issues with the teme cutting off the tops and bottoms of my images. I read the prior posts and had already tried the suggested solution (Disabling image resizing in theme settings and converting images to 1024 pixels) melodystern.com Please advise!
Hi, I currently have Rhea on my site and I’m considering making a change to Artemis. I would like to keep all my content, pages and pictures the same. Before I purchase Artemis I need know if it will be easy to change from one theme to another without starting over?

I’m just getting started and am having trouble with the Header Logo. I’ve uploaded the logo twice and it is in the middle of the page vs. in the header. How do I delete the logo and correct this?

Sorry it couldn’t be done using theme admin. However you can edit theme CSS file to change that

How can I have a gallery page that does not stretch the image (not supersized) and provides thumbnails for navigation? In other words, I would like to show my images with the actual size on the screen not stretched.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I have seen and used those options. Unfortunately I didn’t see any change in the behavior of the full screen gallery. My image is 1200×800 and it gets stretched (with thos options enabled or disabled) and part of my image gets cropped. Am I missing something?

I just downloaded 2 days ago… It is version 1.7.1.
Interesting – the directory where I unzipped the package has a directory “Artemis-v1-8” but wordpress is showing version 1.7.1 in the admin console…
Hi. Still having issues with setting up Artemis. It doesn’t allow me to define any settings! It says “Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in …/themes/artemis_tg/functions.php on line 769”.

Did you edit ANY theme code?
This theme sold over 1,200 times and I don’t think it’s issue from standard theme package but from you code modification.
I didn’t edit any code.
I’ve the same issue as rajan11, the fresh downloaded folder is called v-1-8 and wp interprets as 1.7.1

I tried that. Didn’t edit any code…. Deleted all files and installed the new… Didn’t help

I am trying to update my theme to version 1.8. I downloaded the latest version from themeforest and replaced all files using FTP. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme on wordpress and it still shows version 1.7.1
Artemis theme setting are empty (blank). Any suggestions??
Please re install FRESH Wordpress and theme. Some files are broken.

Hello again and I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked. I purchased the template and am working with it for a client as we speak. I wanted to know if there’s a way to have the image flow gallery set to autoflow? Or have arrows pointing right and left prompting users to click to the next image?

How much is a optimal resolution for image gallery on a home page and for full displayed a picture, because picture are truncate(cut) ?

also can I change the size of images in the slideshow at homepage? to increase it a bit?

What is the suggested file size/resolution for images? My images in the 4 column gallery looks horrible, but looks fine when I click on the image. And when I choose Gallery Flip, Attached Images, Fullscreen, the images are very pixelated and stretched.
