I purchased this temp and had 2 issues and contact their support staff! The first issue they gave me support in a timely manner! The second issue which is the background image will NOT remove which may be an issue with the css, they left the support tickets un answered! Which leaves me no choice but to have theme forest refund me. I told their support several times I was under a deadline but those emails went un answered!

I got it to work with the one last issue with the big picture in the background not being able to be removed! It has been 24hrs since I posted the OPEN support ticket number and nobody has responded with an answer how to fix the problem.

UPDATE: we all the background images working, thanks for tech support for finally getting back to us! I did post a response for the last issue we are having with email.
