I think this is a beautiful theme, the only reason I purchased was because i was looking at implementing a single page website. After a full day of trial and error on the Homepage blocking system (very frustrating day) in conjunction with the Customize theme drop down boxes for the corresponding pages. (of which there is a bug that keeps knocking the pages out if you add a homepage block) I honestly have to say does it really need to be this complicated? I don’t need the majority of the blocks that you have been included and there doesn’t appear to be an option to add your own custom block, can you add this functionality?
I am facing issues with the countdown timer on the coming soon template. Its not working the way it should, I entered the countdown date as 01/07/2014 (dd/mm/yyyy format as required) but the timer is just showing me 00 days, 00 hour, 00 mins, 00 sec.
I saw that there is a post related to the exact same issue above but I could not find whether the issue has been fixed or not? and how long do you expect to get it fixed?

setting up the theme is going relatively smoothly compared to other people, but I do have one question. Looking at the Homepage Layout Managers – what’s the reason for excluding certain blocks in certain homepage layouts?
For example, I want to use the layout for Homepage Two, with the blocks for “Services Two” and “Latest Posts” among a few others, but this isn’t possible right now.
Damn, it’s been a week now. I’m sure you guys are busy and that there’s a good excuse for this, but anything is better than not letting your customers in on why there’s so much delay on answers to questions and solutions to genuine problems with the theme. Just let us know what you’re doing, that’s a lot better than not knowing what’s up. Personally, I’d try to ge that forum on your support site up as soon as possible, so you can easily share stuff with us. Please let us know what’s going on

Still no reply. From all the themes we have bought thus far on Themeforest (just under a hundred) this is probably the worst service we got. Very sad indeed.
First off, great theme. Love it.
I am having some issues however:
1. When working under theme options it seems to me that once I chose a setting I can’t later change to something else.
For example I chose initially Main homepage, I am now trying to change to homepage slideshow yet on Theme Options > Home Settings > Homepage Slideshow Images I get no options for adding slides
2. I have tried setting up Instagram feed, similar issue. It was originally set to tagged. Now I am trying out User as I got the details from client and the fields remain the same as previously so I am unable to set up properly. I tried resetting the field but nothing changed.
3. Any other page other than homepage the menu is not working correctly
I sent an email a few days ago but not yet received any response.
Any chance of getting a reply? I am unable to move forward until this is sorted!!
I still have not had a response nor are the issues fixed. I have updated theme to latest version and still have the same issues.
Please let me know when will I get an answer (I have emailed as well) or let me have a refund so I can purchase a working theme, I need to have this site up and running and it has been delayed over three weeks now due to these issues.
We installed your theme, made no changes, went to Apperance > Customize and selected a page for the About block. Refreshing the site showed the proper update. We then went back to the Theme Options and did not make any changes but simply saved from this section, and upon reloading the home page the previously mentioned settings were cleared (under Apperance > Customize) and the text ‘Select your About Page first from theme options!’ once again appeared.
We are running WP 3.9.1 and version 1.0.6 of your template.
We have tried clicking ‘reset all’ under theme options, but whenever we click save from theme options, it is clearing out the options set under Apperance > Customize.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Any chance of a reply as well? We do not want to move forward with a theme that overwirtes the settings each time its saved. We are expereinced programmers and have tested many scenerios.

You should only customize the theme through theme options and not the Customize panel under the Appearance.
I have the same problem as “Stevenolli” with “Parallax with Circles” section.
I modified the text for each “circle” in backoffice.
In frontoffice modification does not appear.
I have version 1.0.2 theme, how do I download the latest version of the theme?
And have you solved this problem with text “Parallax with Circles”?
As for the update, you will need to download it from themeforest and reupload all the files to your server.
I have been working on your beautiful theme but don’t get it running. I sent you an email, wonder if I could get it replied. I don’t get to see things as your site with the dummy content. Hello, excellent theme!! How can I disable woocommerce and keep the theme working and remove the ‘cart’ icon form the toolbar?
Is there a setting for this? Everytime I disable woocommerce, it breaks your theme and no pages load. This is quite disastrous for your theme to rely so heavily on 3rd party plugins. Imagine if all of these plugins require you to make changes to your theme each time they are updated. This exponentially increases the amount of upkeep on your part. From the lack of responses over the last 3 weeks, this is not a good sign.
It would be great if you could have more than one same page-block. 3 different mockups, or 2 galleries… BTW, I removed contact block from single page portfolio.
i had serious issues with the theme , it has Bugs and most stuff were hardcoded. still cant sort out the twitter feed section. it just refused to pull the feeds.

The author or authors for athletica are horrible at support they do not answer questions from buyers who are having issues they just take everyones money and run
