Hi,
I am using Attracto combined with Woocommerce. It works technically, but I notice two things:
1.) When Woocommerce is activated the lightbox/pretty photo does not work on neither Attracto pages nor Woocommerce pages. It looks like they kill each other. Any idea what to do?
2.) The Woocommerce pages look really poor. Is there any way to get your templates look nice together with Woocommerce resp. make Attracto support Woocommerce?

Hi,
Attracto isn’t compatibile with WooCommerce. If you want it to work and look like it should you have to do some custom coding and restyling.
Can you give me you site address? I would like to see where the problem is with prettyPhoto plugin.

Hi,
you’ll need to add some php code (from shortcode) to the page title, so it shouldn’t be a problem. It might need some small css adjustements, but it shouldn’t be too hard to do.

I’m trying to set up a photography web site with this theme but critically the set featured image does not seem to be working correctly on the theme (it does work in others).
I see the link to “set featured image” on a post page and I’m able to choose the image I want. If I install a different (twenty twelve) theme, that featured image is shown at the top of the page.
With attracto, I chose to display the blog section of the site using the masonry layout. Unfortunately, the featured image is not displayed.
In investigating the subject I’ve noticed that the src attribute set for the feature image is the actual URL of the whole blog section and not the featured image, as per the code snippet below

can you send me site address? I can’t do much without it, I have to see the site to know what cause the problem. You can also send me wp admin details just in case, it can be temporary account, doesn’t matter, just has to be admin account.

resize your windows browser. It’s working just fine, maybe you have your site cached in mobile browsers and it still remembers old version. All styles that are used for responsiveness were commented

I just checked on iPhone 5 and HTML phone, both works just fine. I also haven’t got any complains from other customers so it might be something on your browser or mobile device. Hard to tell, but I don’t have any problems and no one report any bug.

First is for masonry layout and second is for standard one, based on which one you’re using on your site. On this line you can find ‘Show all’ text in the button.

Marcin, did not understand what you wanna say. I have not found where I put these command lines. My site is www.agnetworking.com.br in the portfolio is low, have the option show all, and gives image category.

I can’t explain it better. And from what I see you’re using portfolio on homepage. So if you want to change this button in homepage portfolio you have to open file from theme folder (via ftp) from ‘includes/portfolio-boxed-format-home.php’ and change this text on line 66. You can also try to open this file and edit it with wp admin in appearance -> editor, but I strongly suggest the ftp method.
If you have further problem and need some custom coding think about hiring someone who can help you with that.
