Does this theme has any Blog integrated within?
No. This is static HTML5 template, not a having any dynamic features such as Blog. We have just the layout and design for a Blog section that suits the theme. Please contact us if you need assistance on this.
I need to modify the sections on this layout, say I need to swap SERVICES section to appear just above PORTFOLIO section. How easy to do this modification?
